  1. I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.

    Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.

  4. CartStack offers a bunch of cart abandonment recovery tools, so that PMs can market to guests who started a booking but did not complete it. CartStack already has integrations with Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.

  6. For Sub unit (under Master Sub setup), or unit (under Multi Unit setup), enhance clone logic so photo tags can also be cloned.

    That'd help with the case where PM can consolidate all photos on Master unit / Hotel level, and upon new unit(s) being added, instead of doing all photos again (description, order, tags) which is tedious, now they all can be cloned from Master / Hotel level, and PM only needs to revise afterwards.

  7. As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

  10. Hey All,

    Just suggesting a very small improvement but it will help us a lot to build owner/property yearly 1099 statement & form.

    Add new adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENTS", the reason is improvements add value to the property in other hands repair/maintenance are just an expense.

    with that new type will be very easy to build that breakdown and help our clients to do their tax report properly and it's a small change without breaking any prior functionality.

  11. Allow the unverified guest can send the booking request
    When I set
    - Booking setup: instants book
    - Guest requirement: well reviewed guests with verified identity for channel Airbnb

    => only well review guest with verified identity can be able to book instantly with me.

    Based on that, I can send the message, probaly via trigger to these guest to request their ID to be able to book.

  13. It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.

    Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

  15. It would be helpful to include the System Templates in the Scheduled Messages page so those can be deleted by guest as needed.
    There may be situations where we do not want system templates to go out to a specific guest, so that functionality would be useful.

  16. Current behavior,
    - Go to the calendar
    - Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
    - However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.

    => We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included
    1. lead check-in date
    2. lead check-out date
    3. number of guests

  18. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.
