Allow PMs to see which check-in / check-out are back to back, in order to see the importance in terms of priority.

Add & remove extra services charges to a booking
- we can add and remove a chargeable service to existing boooking
- have a payment link (Stripe) for an extra payment if required
- and I believe refund is already supported through order balance when it becomes negative (I hope)
- it has to work for any OTA, not only for direct bookings
This is useful if you want to charge for early check-in or late check-out, for example. And any other additional services an agency may have.

We want the ability to extract Owner block's Notes and dates of the owner blocks in the property report. At the moment, it only gives the occupancy rate, number of nights of the owner block per property.

Different balance due status for Booking.com reservations
As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.
We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

Add more discounts/promotions for Vrbo
At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

Discounts should appear under Rent instead of Fees in booking breakdown
Vrbo new listing discount or any discount should appear under Rent section instead of Fees section because it's deducted from Rent amount actually

Be able to fire manually a trigger even if the variable $LEAD_CONTRACT URL] doesn't have a signed contract
In this instance, this trigger is set up to send to an admin email. The customer wants it to send, but not include any info if the contract hasn't been signed. Instead it fails since their is no signed contact.

Be able to send a booking notification to owner for reservation made before activating the notification feature
so I have recently setting up a direct booking for 1 of the properties and I forgot to select the owner notification.
so i want to resend her the booking confirmation / email notification
