Alerts for channel sync error
I want to be alerted when there's any channel sync error. Currently, I need to head to the Channels page and check the sync button to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Multiple cancellation policies in booking widget
Create an option to add multiple cancellation policies, e.g. flexible/standard and a discounted non-refundable, and display their restrictions and benefits.

Not selecting jacuzzi amenity when importing a listing with bathtub from Airbnb
Currently, both Bathtub and Jacuzzi in Hostfully are mapped with Bathtub on Airbnb (since Airbnb doesn't have Jacuzzi on their UI). Thus, if we import a listing with bathtub from Airbnb to Hostfully, both amenities will be checked in Hostfully.
I want only bathtub amenity to be checked. Bathtub isn't the same as jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a unit with the jet & bathtub is only a unit for bath only.

The Booking Window minimum can be 1 month. We'd like 2 weeks to be the minimum.

Mobile App - filter in 'Home' section
As most of our managers works from their phones it's crucial that all our bookings line up precisely on the app. I got confused today and immediately assumed it's double bookings.
we want to make it as easy as possible for the managers so they don't over stress when seeing something like the screenshots on hostfully.

select a specific day of the month to send the report - not only the 1st day
I'm having trouble scheduling the owner reports to be published on a certain day of the month. I was told that I could only have them run on the day of the month I set up the schedule, but it seems to be defaulting to the 1st of the month and that is not the right day for us to run said owner statements. Please help.

Name formula be used to automatically pull data from the already set up property: i.e. using no. of bedrooms, location, and property type to create a property name: e.g. 4 bedroom loft in Ontairo...?

Improve iCal sync
Sometimes we need to use iCal links instead of API connections for channels or platforms or websites that do not connect directly to Hostfully.
However, it causes a major inconvenience that those blocks imported via iCal links prevent guests from completing their payments via Hostfully links. Therefore, we have to ask for support to remove those blocks every time a guest has that issue or we have to remove the links and wait for guests to complete their payment then add the link again.
It's really inconvenient and time-wasting. Is there anyway we can improve this flow with iCal sync…

Test integration status with VRP and show testing status on the Integration page
Sometimes, when the credentials or Property code entered when connecting to VRP are wrong, there's no warning or status to indicate that.
The only way to know is to create a test booking to see if there's any error. It's after the fact and leads to many issues to deal with.
It'd be great if the system can test integration status and shows errors if any so we can prevent such issue.1 vote -

Ability to reset the Weekend Min stay from Main settings
The Min. Wknd Stay will be updated automatically for dates that have not been modified (Green color in Pricing page)
For dates with Orange color, PM would have to manually modify the minimum stay or click "Reset", however, both of the Minimum stay and Daily Rate would be reset.
As a result, manual work must be initiated because there're some weekend dates with dynamic daily pricing.
It will take lots of time and effort to adjust each weekend once again. It'd be great if we can reset the whole pricing calendar from main settings.

Increase Booking Lead Time more than 7 days
Currently, the maximum hours is 168 which is 7 days. Sometimes, people want bookings made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date

Feature to pay owners directly through Hostfully and record balances
As far as payouts though - I have to have a way of getting owners paid. I need to be able to send over an amount to stripe from Hostfully to tell it to pay that amount to them.
If not, then it would be nice to have somewhere to make an adjustment in the system to say I paid them.
I would prefer if there was a place where I could enter the amount that was paid out so the report would then say 0.00 was due after that month was paid out.5 votesWe have been researching for best ways to provide this feature, so this is an ongoing effort already, fyi.

Have trigger works for Bookings made within X days prior to checkin.
I want to send my cleaner a text when a new booking is made within a week of check in . i dont want to send my cleaner a text with every new booking because she wont be happy and will miss the important texts. lease help me do this
