  5. Be able to select more than 1 of the service and select service per night.

    • For example, the breakfast price is based on one person, so if 2 people are staying they have no option to buy 2 breakfasts

    • If they are staying for 2 or more nights, there is no option to add breakfasts for additional mornings

  8. Recent changes to the UI for owner adjustments is overall good, but there's two changes that are not good and I'd like you to pass this feedback to your product team.

    We NEED the column for Notes to be visible in the table, as it was before the latest update. We use Name to categorize the expense and Notes to spell out what it was. Now I have to painfully click into each row to see if I logged something properly. This is a huge time suck by hiding that.

  9. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  17. Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

  18. When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
    => would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"

  19. I love the analytic information added to the dashboard. I also enjoy the check in and check out on the dashboard for quick reference. It also is more clear than the pipeline if something is missing. But the only negative is when I realize that a step by the guest is missing and try to send a message reminding them to make a payment or fill out pre arrial information or sign the agreement, I have to go to the pipeline to do it. It would save time to be able to do it form the Dashboard. Thank you.

  20. I recently looked at the details of a guest's fees who booked through VRBO. Instead of stating "cleaning fee" it said admin fee. I went to change it on Hostfully and realized there is not a drop-down box for cleaning. Can Hostfully add it as I know VRBO does allow cleaning fees.
