  1. This feature would be incredibly useful for our team because it makes it sound more inviting for the owner. It creates a nice Welcome gesture instead of Please Sign In.

  2. It is noted in the v1.5->3 upgrade guide that v3's agencies endpoint supports a "rentalConditions" field, but no other APIs seem to exist for updating the per-property rental conditions. It would be great to automate these to ensure they are accurate and make changing all properties a lot easier

  3. When adding service providers, it would be helpful to be able to automatically assign them to every property or property group from the service provider page rather than having to go into each individual property to add them. Or at least an option to automatically give service providers calendar access for every property/multiple properties in one place rather than in each property.

  4. When you are in the calendar you could cancel a booking rather than having to leave the calendar and go find the listing in the pipeline- which is an unnecessary extra step; this would streamline workflow.

    And it would be so much faster and easier, less opportunities for mistakes.

    We'll soon introduce all pipeline actions directly within the lead modal. So you'll be able to cancel a booking by clicking on it from the calendar, then selecting the Cancel action within the lead modal.

  5. In the owners section in the main dropdown menu, the owners are displayed but, (we have over 100 properties listed), we need the properties linked to the owner so we do not have to search through all properties to find them.

  11. I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.

  15. It appears that all the vertical photos on Photos tab changes to landscape mode on DBS, result in the photo being zoomed in too much.
    It'd be great if DBS supports both vertical and landscape photos

  16. It would be great when someone clicks to “see more photos” that it displays a tile gallery of ALL the photos that then the user can select which photo enlarges on their screen. Currently, I have to click at rapid speed to find a photo of a specific room I may be interested in. It’s rather difficult.

    Better flow… photos display as is on booking site with an option to see more photos—> when clicked all photos display in a tile gallery—> the customer can select a specific photo that then enlarges on their screen.

    *Even better would be if…

  18. We would like to see the total for the parent + its sub units in the Analytics page.

    Right now, if the parent is not rented as a whole, it shows as 0.

  19. I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.

    However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.

    Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?
