Allow searching for a reservation using the External ID in Pipeline
When we managed around hundred properties and lots of
reservations, we have seen that is easier to search a reservation by the
name of the external id of the reservation.I found that we can search a reservation by the name of the guest in the
pipeline. However, if he has some reservations or have the same name, is quite hard to figure it out. However, when I included the reservation number, any result showed up.- Nest Host

Make discounts applied to bookings available through Zapier
Booking info is available through Zapier but a discount is not. This means if using Zapier for any calculations outside of Hostfully then they will be wrong if missing Discounts.

Integration: Allow CALENDAR to control Ecobee / Nest / Smart Thermostat.
Allow your Smart Thermostat to Turn Down/Off the HVAC when a guest checks out and Turn it back on before next guest arrives. This will save owners a ton of $ plus guests will be greeted with a proper temperature when arriving. It's also something good for the environment that saves energy! Why heat or cool a house when no one is there?

Let cleaners access notes about the job through calendar
At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

The ability to have Vacation Rent Payment on the property level in Hostfully
We would like to be able to choose Vacation Rent Payment as our payment processor so we can use different VRP accounts on the property level in Hostfully.
Our accounting systems and processes and PMS we are transitioning from allowed us to use our multiple Vacation Rent Payment accts.

I would like to do run a report that shows the subtotal for each property in a chosen time period without running a separate report for each of my 60 properties or using excel

Add an exclusion tags query parameter to the properties-get API call
We'd like to be able to specify tags to exclude for when listing properties through the properties-get endpoint. There's an inclusion query there now, with the exclusion option we'd be able to better optimize our queries and reduce the number of API calls.

Make it possible to forward/email responses from specific channels
Use Case
I want to receive emails for every new guest message that comes through our direct booking site, but I do not want to receive messages for Airbnb (or Vrbo, if that is ever added in the future). I use Hospitable for Airbnb and Vrbo messages, so I do not need to also receive those messages via Hostfully emails.It would be possible to create a hack that gets the desired end result using Gmail filters, except that right now the template variables [$LEADSOURCE$] [$LEADCHANNEL$] don't even work, so there is no way to add a field…

display under the dates of the calendars the price of the night so that customers can make a good selection.
several rental sites display the price for each of the days in the calendar, much less of a surprise for the customer.

Load more Leads in the Inbox when scrolling down
We have many messages come in per hour, but there are only so many Leads/messages displayed on the page at a time. It would be good to be able to see more Leads/messages load as the page is scrolled so I can see more past messages in case I need to reference one of them.

Would like to see Wagon added as property type
We have a number of covered wagons available for guests to stay in. It would be nice to have a property type added for "Covered Wagon." Tipi, Yurt, and Igloo already exist in the system. "Wagon" would cover both western style covered wagons, as well as Gypsy style wooden wagons.

Pipeline not showing option to send payment request email until payment due date
If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

It would be great to create a Mid-stay clean that could be done easily by adding the time-specific trigger for job creation.
in our example, we offer a mid-stay clean for guests who stay more than 7 days.

Be able to add digital signatures to custom templates
We would really like to be able to have a digital signature added to any custom templates as we send out contracts once booking is confirmed and we would like a guest to be able to digitally sign it

Live links in templates
When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.
