  1. Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.

    For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.

    Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.

    However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.

    Showing on Hostfully’s calendar sync logic accounts for channel-specific lead time settings

  3. Improve the user interface and information display as well as ability to print of all analytics data. Allow the user to choose the periods with calendar dropdown. you should be able to see year over multiple year changes.

  4. So i have someone blocking my calendar that has not paid and is not responding and I have someone whos willing to pay and wants to book but i cant book him because i cant cancel the reservation. Why can i not override and make my calendar available? Like a double booking?

  5. my issue is when they havent, the template that i want to send which includes the rental contract is failing to trigger, when i instead want it to successfully trigger, but have no data for this variable if there is no contract signed yet

  9. Currently, check-in/check-out times are only displayed within the designated time frames if that.

    It would be beneficial if this information remained visible throughout the entire day, regardless of the time, so that it can be easily referenced at any moment.

  10. I would like for the Rental Conditions to always be visible on the direct booking website. Right now, it is only accessible during the check out flow when a guest is making a reservation. But I would like for it to always be visible, either in the direct booking site page itself, or as a url link that goes to another page that has it. Since I manage the Rental Conditions in Hostfully itself, I don't want to manage it / update it in a second place, too.

  12. When generating a report, I need to be able to change the name for instance, the property, the season/period, etc...
    Also, in the owner report list, the date when the report was generated should be displayed. Currently, owners see a long list of all generated reports with all the same name. It's difficult to find information.

  13. Create a discount code that can be used once by any guest who receives it - for example, a ComeBack code that incentivizes a return, without it being available for every time that guest books in the future, and that I can offer to every guest (without having to create a million codes!)

  14. Being able to update the equations on the dashboard would help hosts be able to focus on specifically what is relevant to their business. Additionally, the current equations do NOT correctly adjust for parent/child listings so the stats are always wrong.

  16. It would be helpful if a warning message appeared when clicking 'Toggle Off' for Stripe, allowing users to confirm or cancel the action. Considering that once toggled off, reconnecting requires going through the entire setup again, which sometimes involves requesting a confirmation code from the owner.

  20. When managing reservations, it would be helpful to manually adjust the commission rates for each booking based on the source. For example, when a guest books through Booking.com, the commission rate differs from a direct booking rate. Currently, I'm unable to reflect the specific rates, like the 9% commission for agency bookings versus the 15% for direct reservations. Having a feature to set these rates accurately per reservation would streamline accounting and provide a clearer view of the actual revenue from each booking source.
