  2. The new multi-unit property feature is great, but room types are currently displayed as standalone listings at Direct Booking Site, which is incorrect. It would be better if all room types were grouped under the hotel listing, allowing customers to select how many rooms of each type they'd like to reserve, similar to Booking.com. This would improve the user experience and make the reservation process more streamlined.

  3. There are many integrations (and channels). Every time you add a new property, you have to go through a long list looking for those that are enabled, then manage the settings and update to add the new property. If the list of integrations was sorted, it would be much easier to just go through them one by one and add the new property. Same thing with channels.

    Even better would be an option to turn on ALL enabled channels/integrations for a new property.

  4. I have over 30 templates and it's getting difficult to organize, see what we really needs, identify double communication, etc... It would be great to have the ability to sort them, or organize in custom folders, just like in an inbox.

  5. Currently, the text used as the rental agreement (referred to as such in the triggers and templates section) is placed under the "Rental Conditions" section of the property settings. To enhance consistency and clarity across the platform, we suggest unifying the terminology.

    Using "Rental Agreement" consistently throughout the platform will streamline navigation, improve searches, and create a more cohesive user experience.

    Note that the platform already provides an option for "Ignore tax charge for over N days", on each of the Property Settings page. Is this the feature you're referring to?


  8. I have some owners who would like access to view the inbox from multiple channels on one platform. Can there be a user permission added for them to View messages as well as an option for them to send messages that way they could only be given permission to send messages if allowed

  9. I want to set up the guest payment options for listings on Booking.com. Booking.com requires me to change the "Guest payment options" on Booking.com to "only accept cash" for 60 days to be eligible for Payment by Booking.com - bank transfer option. Currently, everytime I change it, the field is overridden by Hostfully PMP and changed back to "accept credit cards" although I don't see any place to configure this in Hostfully system.

    I want to have a button in the PMP to configure the guest payment options and this field should be pushed to Booking.com.

  12. Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  13. At the moment, for BDC channel, Hostfully does not yet support multiple transactions on a single order and only receive the first reservation via API.

    We enquire Hostfully to work with booking.com to resolve the tech issue moving forwards. You note that it’s rare but we’ve already had about 3 of these bookings in a short period of time. If 2 suites are booked with booking - then it should automatically show on the calendar, without having to manually blocking out the calendar or raising separate cleaning jobs.

    We now support Booking.com multi-room reservations for both multi-unit AND master/sub-unit properties!

    This feature is in beta, if you would like to be added to our beta program, please respond to this message. Folks who already responded to my previous announcement have been added to the beta program already.

    When added to the beta, only new multi-room reservations imported from Booking.com will display in our redesigned format.

  14. The system currently permits users to select check-out dates that do not meet the minimum night requirement. However, when entering guest details, an error message in the booking widget states "Minimum stay is not met." This could potentially confuse guests and lead to a loss of interest.
