Add pre-booking message and sync it with Airbnb
We are currently unable to make changes to the "Pre-booking message" field for Airbnb instant bookings in Airbnb. So it's helpful if we can have this field in Hostfully and sync it with Airbnb.

Improve Balance Due Dates for Last-Minute Bookings
If a booking is created after the configured balance due date, the system should automatically set the balance due date to the booking date (or the nearest future date before check-in). This change would make payment due dates clearer, reduce confusion, and improve the booking and payment experience for both property managers and guests.

See the scheduled automated refund for the security deposit in the guest order when using the mobile app
We can see for when the automated refund for security deposit it's schedule in the PMP on the view order option. But this information is not shown in the mobile app when checking the order transactions.

Require Channel Partners to Get Approval Before Offering Extra Promotions
My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

Support Free text in Formatter
At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.
We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:
Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.
Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

More flexibility in defining Pre-Arrival Forms
Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…2 votes -

Ability to set multiple deposit and balance rules by season
Currently, Hostfully only allows one global payment rule per property (deposit % at booking and balance collection date).
Allow deposit % and balance collection rules to be set by season or by date range, similar to how pricing and minimum stays can be adjusted on the calendar.

Set permission under Property Settings
Under Set permission in Properties page, when bulk save, the setting and member assigned there to is applied to all other properties.
It would be easier if we can select their name and click to assign listing to them. It would be very helpful to a growing company

Add the option to automatically send a message to guests near their check-out date, offering them to extend their stay for one more night at a discounted rate if the following night is available. I think it would be powerful for the system to automate this process based on an opt-in by the operator by property for a specific time period or seasons, with selectable discounts, and the system looks up the availability and triggers accordingly.

Ability to set custom booking window (e.g., 60 days)
A user would like to set the booking window to exactly 60 days, but the current dropdown only allows preset options (1, 3, 6 months, etc.)
Request: To allow custom booking windows (exact number of days) in addition to the preset options. This will give property managers more flexibility in controlling booking availability according to their operational needs

Messages for Airbnb pre-approval
Templates or trigger for Airbnb pre-approve. At the moment, there is no messages sent to guest when we Airbnb pre-approve the inquiry from Hostfully or the pre-approve is about to expire
