Categorize owner adjustments
I have many types of owner adjustments and I want to be able to categorize them: Utilities such as WIFI/Electric, etc. Maintenance Charges. Housekeeping Fees, etc. I don't want to use Owner Adjustment Notes.

Break out the price rule discount at the order level
I want to see the discount that is applied to a booking in the lead modal so that I can know that they're working.

Add flexibility to NOT accept unpaid reservations from Booking.com
We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.
We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week. Force 100% payment for lead in confirmed status to support guests who want to pay all in advance.
Here's why: Property Setting is 50% of payment at reservation time and balance due at 30 days before check-in date. The guest wants to pay 100% in advance for the booking checks in in 39 days. When I update the setting from 50% to 100%, the payment link still applies the previous rule. If there is an option to force 100% payment before the balance due date, that would be great.

Differentiate dates when being restricted or blocked on the date picker in Direct booking site
Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb
- Dates are restricted are grayed out
- Dates are indeed unavailable/blocked are crossed out

Filter leads response by source / status / creation date
We are using leads to generate statistics & charts. We only need leads generated through ORBIRENTALWIDGET and ORBIRENTALFORM source.
Without requested filters, we are going through each of the leads, and using the targeted sources. Here, we are spending our api request quota.
It would be great if you could consider following changes in future updates.
1. Filter leads by sources.
2. Filter leads by statuses.
3. Filter leads by date created before / after.

Add multiple bookings / leads at once (bulk)
We'd like to manually add multiple reservations. Let's say all 10 rooms at the same time, without doing it one by one.

Integrate with CartStack
CartStack offers a bunch of cart abandonment recovery tools, so that PMs can market to guests who started a booking but did not complete it. CartStack already has integrations with Guesty, Hostaway, Track, etc.

Photo tags to be cloned for units / sub units
For Sub unit (under Master Sub setup), or unit (under Multi Unit setup), enhance clone logic so photo tags can also be cloned.
That'd help with the case where PM can consolidate all photos on Master unit / Hotel level, and upon new unit(s) being added, instead of doing all photos again (description, order, tags) which is tedious, now they all can be cloned from Master / Hotel level, and PM only needs to revise afterwards.

Ability to split payments for reservations
Would love to have the option for our guests to use the link to pay any amount like when two guests split the bill in two or more payments.

New adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENT"
Hey All,
Just suggesting a very small improvement but it will help us a lot to build owner/property yearly 1099 statement & form.
Add new adjustment/expense type called "IMPROVEMENTS", the reason is improvements add value to the property in other hands repair/maintenance are just an expense.
with that new type will be very easy to build that breakdown and help our clients to do their tax report properly and it's a small change without breaking any prior functionality.
