Adding a specific date for Vrbo's Mobile and Member discounts
Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

- A specific header we should validate?
- IP ranges we can allowlist?We want to make sure we can confirm that incoming webhook requests truly originate from Hostfully and prevent spoofed calls.

Send Images and Text Together to Airbnb Inbox
Currently, images and text must be sent separately, which makes communication less efficient and can cause confusion for guests. Being able to include both in the same message would improve clarity, streamline conversations, and enhance the overall guest experience

VRBO integration removes direct damage claim access and reduces host protection experience
Hosts using the VRBO integration through Hostfully are no longer able to file damage claims directly through VRBO as they previously could when not integrated.
When not using an integration, VRBO provides a built-in host protection and claim process that is included in their service fee structure. However, once a property is integrated through a PMS (such as Hostfully), hosts are redirected away from VRBO’s native claim system and must handle damage-related issues through the PMS workflow instead.
This creates confusion and concern for hosts, as it feels like:

Option to remove “Avg / night” green price bubble from website/map view
PM would like to request the ability to remove or hide the green “Avg / night” price bubble that appears on the website map/listing view.
Currently, this element is system-generated and there is no option in settings to disable it. In some cases, it affects the visual presentation of the listings and we would like more flexibility to control whether this pricing badge is shown or hidden.

Ability to have variables populates to English by default
At the moment, with Automation V3, variables such as [$LEADARRIVALDATE$], [$LEADCHECKOUT$], and [$LEADCHECKIN$] are displayed based on the guest’s language settings.

Submit the pre-arrival form once for group bookings
Currently, group bookings require submitting pre-arrival forms for each individual sub-booking in order to mark the entire group booking as complete in the system. This results in duplicate efforts and is unnecessary since a group booking involves one guest reserving multiple rooms. It would be ideal if guests with group bookings could submit the pre-arrival form just once, allowing the system to mark the Pre-arrival form as submitted for all associated sub-bookings.

Show the full property name when viewing property performance in Analytics.
Currently, the property name is truncated on the Property Performance page in Analytics, making it difficult to review. It would be helpful to display the full property name in this section.

Add date range filtering to Owner Adjustments API
Currently, the /api/v3.2/owner-adjustments endpoint does not support filtering by start and end date. When iterating through properties with long history (for example, multiple years), the payload becomes very large and difficult to process efficiently.
Please add optional query parameters such as:
startDate
endDate
This would allow partners to limit results to a specific time window and significantly reduce payload size.

garage door vendor

Include integration name with the text message notification that we receive whenever an integration is disconnected
We receive a text message when n integration is disconnected from our platform. However, the text message does not include the integration name which makes it very difficult for us to understand which was the integration that was toggled off. It would be super helpful to include the name of the integration with the text message. Thanks!

Correct Amount in “VRBO Alternative Payment Link” Template
The system template “VRBO Alternative Payment Link” is currently generating payment links for 100% of the reservation amount, regardless of the actual amount that should be charged. (e.g., 70% should be charged at reservation time) .
The payment link should reflect the exact amount intended to be charged for that specific transaction, not the full reservation total by default.

Returning guest for direct booking
Have information for a returning guest save on hostfully (their name, email and phone number) for direct bookings.
We have many returning guests and every time we need to add a new reservation made through whatsapp or call, we need to have their email typed again and their name and phone number.
A dropdown list should be fine when adding a direct booking.1 vote
