This is the best i have been able to do regarding iCal sync to google calendar, but I would really love if I could tell which property this guest is arriving to on google calendar because the name alone does not help me in preparation for the guests arrival (would be so much better if it provided the property that the guest was checking into.

    If it would allow me to change the url to the name of the property and show that instead of platform.hostfully that would certainly be ideal.

  5. The receipt should show the actual amount paid by the guest and not the order total. If a guest has a balance left or has not paid for the security deposit, it is inaccurate for their receipt to include this.

  7. Ability to add a promo code on the pop up where I’m sending a quote to a guest. Otherwise I just have to manually modify my rate and doesn’t allow us to track promo utilization. And if I add it as a line item then it's a post-tax deduction which means the guest isn’t getting charged properly (and doesn’t reflect the correct nightly rate in analytics either).

  8. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  9. We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?

    This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

    • Include an Auto Pay enabled status, and the ability to turn on/off the Auto Pay
    • Include the Account Payment begin/end dates.

    These features are standard on virtually all that are subscription-based.

  10. At the moment, it's not possible to download the conversation on Inbox.

    We'd love to have this option to download conversation and resertvation details incase of dispute, this would be very helpful specially for direct booknig since we use hostfully as our messaging platform for direct booking

  11. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  12. A new integration for Hostfully to send over Pet count to Breezeway can be very helpful so we can see when guests have pets. Pet cleaning turnovers require extra cleaning and take longer. So we need this info to be in Breezeway.

  14. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.

    While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS

  18. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…
