Add call to action options to custom templates
It would be really useful to have some call to action options that can be added to the custom templates for guests to be able to click to do things like send WhatsApp, SMS, Call, or email.

Support listing type "entire home" for property type "boutique hotel" on Airbnb
At the moment, if property type is "boutique hotel", the available listing types are "private room" and "shared room". I want to choose listing type "entire home", so that it's displayed as an entire place, rather than a room on Airbnb. We don't want guests to think it's only a room. It's the entire hotel.

Support HEIC photos file uploads
Support HEIC file uploads for listing photos. Currently I cannot upload photos directly from my iPhone as they are default in HEIC format. Once I convert them to jpg some of the channels like booking.com say the photos are not high quality enough. Supporting high quality HEIC photo uploads would save a lot of reformatting and mucking around on the admin side of things when we just want to quickly update amenity photos or photos of the local surrounding areas where we won't necessarily have the professional photography photos. Thank you.

Ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually
At the moment, it's not possible to manually override the agreement/manually mark that guests have signed the rental agreement. 90% of our reservations imported already signed a rental agreement and we do not want guests to have to resign it. The guests will not send access information if they have not signed it.
Having ability to mark Rental Agreement as Signed manually would be very helpful, especially when onboarding customers.

it is a design choice, we do not match threads with reservation but guests, and not direct relation to leads. But as an improvement we may select the most recent reservation to send message

Date choice automation for enhanced reports
Choose your dates for when you'd like the automation of enhanced reports to be sent out via email / owners portal. E.g. 5th March to start sending out a monthly report.

To be able to have notes on the listing pricing page - e.g. school holidays
When updating pricing manually it would be nice to have notes that remind me when school holidays are as well as events and bank holidays etc. Otherwise, I find myself reducing/adjusting pricing that shouldn't be changed.

Owner Access to Photos and Amenities
Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

Explicitly display USD currency on Direct Booking Site
The US currency letter is not displayed under the property price detail on my hostfully website, when accessed from other countries. In other words instead of US$, it displays only $ and guests ask the currency.

Owner Agreements
It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.

Amenity "private pool" for HVMI channel
Currently, only amenity "pool" is supported by Hostfully for HVMI channel. When I used the Filter & Sort and clicked Pool from there, the property shows up. However, when I used the Popular Filters and clicked the Private Pool, the property does not show up. I want amenity "private pool" to be supported.

Allow user to make multiple selections per Inbox filter
We have different departments that handle guest messages at different points in time throughout a guests' "stay". For example:
- Reservation Specialist handles messages and booking modifications prior to a guests' stay.
- House Manager handles messages from guests in-stay
- Vacation Designer handles messages from booked guests and in-stay guestsThe inbox should allow the user to make multiple selections in the status and channel filters so that they can focus on the messages that apply to their work. These filters should save until the user changes them (use "apply filter" and "clear filter" logic, similar to the calendar)

Ability to choose which fee to be charged for Airbnb Occupancy Tax
When the Airbnb tax type is set to % per stay in the property Fees and Policies tab, the property manager must be able to determine how many Airbnb fees should be taxed.
At the moment, when an occupancy tax (% per stay) is set up, the default taxable bases are the cleaning fee, management charge, community fee, resort fee, and linen fee, which may or may not be relevant to how the tax should be calculated.
