  1. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:

  3. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

  7. Since emails are not provided in Airbnb leads, so it keeps error when we send "Checkin instruction" every time on Pipeline.

  9. It would be great if Service Provider calendar only displays jobs assigned to them not all of the jobs related to the property because there may have more than one cleaner.

    Its to reduce confusion with different suppliers. We've had occasions where suppliers just look at the calendar and not the actual jobs assigned. the result was two people turning up to the same job.

  11. in the situation when payment is handled by booking.com, booking.com charge 2.5 % fee in addition to their commission, this amount is not shown in Hostfully and is not deducted from the reservation amount. This amount should be shown in the reservation breakdown on Hostfully and automatically deducted from the revenue.

  12. When I change the guest email on pipeline > click on the send message button. I want the original thread (with the initial email) combined with the new thread (with the updated email). It should not open a new thread with no message inside. Thank you.

  17. I have created a bunch of services for a service provider. Turns out we can create but not delete! Please add a delete button.
    On the service provider page the list is now long and messy. I would like the possibility to delete unused services and also, I would like the list of services to be sorted out alphabetically.

  20. I would like to have an option that someone can add an early check in or late check out in a template email that can be set up as a trigger. It would be most helpful if the trigger went out for those who did not have a same day check in and out for the property.
    I would like this to be something they can add on the night before check in and night before check out. The current feature seems to be more for during bookings.
