  2. The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.

  4. For example, we have a parking custom data field so we can have the parking answer for all properties built in. I know we can add this variable to our message templates, but if a guest were to reach out and ask us for parking options, it would be nice to be able to insert either directly from the custom data field or as a variable.

  5. At the moment, it's not possible to open up a date which is turnover day, even when we uncheck the box "Prevent check-in on that day".

    The only way is to change Turnover day to 0 temporary if there's any specific guest wanting to book that date, then quickly change it back to 1.

    We want the Ability to flexibly remove turnover day for some specific dates

  8. It would be really helpful to have a condition that is: Pre-Arrival Form is Not Completed. This way, we could set up a template and trigger to remind guests to fill out the pre-arrival form.

  11. I received multiple emails when my account failed to renew the 1st time.
    As a former Customer Service manager, It's also unnecessary to mention closing the account if not paid in the initial email. It's insulting to your customers. It's a once a year payment, so it's likely that a card used last year is no longer valid.

  18. Support more types of taxes WITH "long stay exemption" for direct bookings and all other platforms, especially Occupancy Tax/ City tax / Tourist tax.

    Because, the governmental rule can be that this occupancy tax is valid up until a certain number of nights (in this case 30 nights). So, it must not be shown when a guest books for 31 nights.

    • Hostfully only has the option Ignore tax charge for over applied to Rental and Cleaning fee taxes, not Occupancy tax.

    • Long term stay exemption from Fees & Policies tab only applies to Airbnb, not Direct Booking.

  19. The calendar on the owner portal should look similar to the PM calendar does. I would like them to be able to see the bookings exact dates, not necessarily names of the person, but the blocks. Their calendar view is very basic and only shows availability instead of full individual blocked dates.
