  2. It would be really helpful to be able to select a timeframe for the discount - ie. Stay 7 nights and receive % discount.

    Also to be able to apply the discount to particular houses as not all our property owners like to offer discounts

  3. The direct booking site displays calendar dates that don't allow check-in (for specific listings) in a darker blue color. It does not explain (to the guest) that those dates are available. To the guest, they appear to be occupied, which may discourage them from booking a longer stay.
    Displaying that check-in/out is not allowed may encourage them to try for a longer stay, rather than gicing up on those dates (idea from Jaci Christian)

  4. When setting up code, have an option for days of the week all is the default. Have an option for x nights = lowest night free.

    These are the most shared ads I see on the internet, and I get from properties.

    Book X nights mid-week and get a free night or an % discount
    Book mid-week and get X % off

  6. I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

  9. Currently, discount codes are not editable, which means you would have to delete one and recreate it - but if you try to use the same code, it won't allow it.

    It would also be extremely beneficial if you could make discount codes for a long period of time but with exclusions, for example:
    If I created an off peak promotion and I wanted it to be valid between October 1st - April 1st but I did not want it valid for peak holidays like Christmas/New Year (16th Dec - 2nd Jan), February half term or Halloween. It would be…

  10. As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.

    Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

  11. When a guest is booking a reservation, chooses location and dates, it takes you to booking page where a TOTAL Cost of Stay shows, instead of the base nightly Rental Rate. This may scare off many interested guests. You can "show details" which will outline all the cost associated with the booking, but we believe it's critical to have Base Rental Nightly Rate showcased at top where it only currently shows TOTAL COST for One or More Nights. Desire what hotels and airlines show when booking reservations.

  12. It seems I have been getting more fake inquiries from bots when I post our direct book link in social media posts. It would be nice if we could have an extra layer of protection from bots.

  13. Right now, applying a discount to an owner or agent originated booking/hold does not change the taxes due from the original total. I could discount any amount from the nightly rate and the taxes still reflect the original charge.

  14. Currently, guests must put their name and email to be able to get a quote. This is prohibiting business as it is easier to go to Airbnb or VRBO to run numbers on homes...and then they may find a different home. I would love the option to be able to turn this feature off and only collect guest information when they actually book. Thank you for your consideration.

  16. Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
    For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking. It would remove so much back and forth for me if I could customize what we capture from the guest at the time of booking.

  17. On the Booking page, can you move the link placement of "show details" to be directly under the quoted rate? Guests who want the rate breakdown overlook this awesome feature because the Book Now button is more prominent. Then they click the Book Now to see the rate breakdown when they are just trying to figure out date and rates.

  20. There's a use case where a client may want to create individual web pages for each of their locations, and would want different search widgets for each web page.

    Each search widget would only show properties for that location. This could be achieved by using "tags" within the product to group properties.
