  1. Please consider offering a different booking window for direct website + hostfully booking widget vs other booking channels. For example in high season OTAs could have 2 week window and own website longer window to promote direct bookings.

    Alternatively, this could be achieved by creating blocks that do not apply to direct website.

  2. The idea is for our owners to see the entire amount the guest pays, including the cost of cleaning.

    We, as an agency, pay local taxes on the entire amount paid by the guest, i.e. the amount of stay and cleaning combined. If the owner sees a different amount, our settlements with him cannot be consistent and correct in any way. We would like him to see the total amount paid by the guest - for the stay and cleaning together

  5. A guest is prompted to sign the rental agreement each time they make a payment. This is an awkward customer experience. And inaccurate, since the rental conditions could have changed since they first signed and we need to honor the original agreement. It doesn't look polished for us to keep presenting the rental agreement to them each time, acting like we don't know who they are.

    So if guest already signs rental agreement at initial payment, they don't have to sign it a again for balance.

  8. The reason the prospect is not moving forward with transitioning from Guesty to Hostfully is due to not having grandchild listing. We have parent child listing, but Guesty allows you to have parent/child/grandchild listing which she needs.

  18. Be able to select more than 1 of the service and select service per night.

    • For example, the breakfast price is based on one person, so if 2 people are staying they have no option to buy 2 breakfasts

    • If they are staying for 2 or more nights, there is no option to add breakfasts for additional mornings
