  1. When running an owner report, the total reflects the entire cost of the reservation. When a guest stays for 2 or more months, Airbnb breaks up your payouts in 30 day increments. I would like to pay may owner's what I actually received for that month. If I pay the entire reservation and the guest cancels mid-stay, I would have to ask for money back from the owner. The Transaction History also accounts for guest resolutions. i.e. charges for damage or refunds for guest inconveniences.

  2. On the website it only allows you to have 4 featured properties. The only thing that is bothering me with it is how it is displayed on the website. Its not 2 x 2 or 4 in one row. Its always 3 on top and 1 on bottom. It looks really unattractive on the website, there should be a way to fix that or add two more featured properties so it can be 3 x 3.

  3. When reservation agents are making a booking, prompt them if the minimum night stay is not met. With several properties and settings, the agent does not always have that info at hand.

If under property settings 100% of the payment is not collected at the time of reservation (i.e. certain percentage will be due x days prior to checkin), then pipeline won't show the option to "send balance payment request" until the payment due date which is x days prior to checkin date. manager should be able to send the balance payment request ahead of the due date and not wait for the payment due date to send the payment request.

  6. It would be great to create a Mid-stay clean that could be done easily by adding the time-specific trigger for job creation.

    in our example, we offer a mid-stay clean for guests who stay more than 7 days.

  7. At the moment cleaners have to scroll through endless jobs that can't be sorted in any way to access a specific job note - what would be amazing is to just click on the job in the calendar and show the details of the clean there.

  9. It would be helpful if we can make the key color of the direct booking site customizable. This color would modify the Activate State of the Tabs (Calendar, Map, Reviews, etc), the book now, the calendar booked dates, the stars and subtext for reviews. These are all currently a green. Currently the Book now button on the widget is also more like a Cyan than the green used in other areas. All these colors should be consistent and ideally adjustable on the Direct Booking site settings. We can do this if we use widgets separately, but unable to customize within…

  10. I'm using zapier to handle owner blocks that are created in Hostfully.
    Right now, if the owner blocks dates using click/drag function on the
    calendar to block dates, this triggers an update zap. However, if the owner blocks dates by clicking the "+ Block Dates" button at the top of their dashboard, it doesn't trigger any zaps. This is a serious oversight that adds lots of complications to our system. Can you fix this so the "+Block Dates" button also triggers a zap?

  11. I like how for the payment processors like stripe and paypal you can connect the client's specific account to the booking. I think the same should be done with quickbooks where you can connect a client's specific quickbooks to all of their transactions. So every time a client has a booking it is essentially automatically accounted for from any source whether it be a direct booking, airbnb, vrbo, or etc.

  12. Sometimes Cleaner 1 is not available to clean Unit A. When I look at Unit A's calendar for "June", I want to be able to assign some of the cleans to Cleaner 1 and some assigned to Cleaner 2. I don't believe this is possible.

    Issue: Dashboard, Inbox, and leads all show the same data across 3 separate tabs.

    Recommendation: More robust inbox that includes dashboard and pipeline data, and calendar view of current guests being viewed.

    Issue: Property data /dashboard doesn't have a drop down box to move between properties using a search feature (tags). You are currently forced to go back to another tab just to get to another property

  14. Enable a booking window shorter than 3 months. I have a listing that I offer as a full house in advance, then if I have availability, I open up as a duplex to have 2 smaller listings. But I prefer for preference to go to the larger house.

  20. When creating a template that includes live links to the marketplace items (Early Check-In/Late Check-Out) the link seems to die once it hits Airbnb messenger. How do we ensure that the links will work as intended on all platforms? The links go directly to the item, such as early check-in, not just to the general marketplace page.
