  2. I want to track rentals based on owners, also a property CRM could work. Where I can see rows of each rental and have constant contact with the owners. If a property has not had a rent in over 3 months, send an automated mail to maintain our contact going. Also track other things, like a column of last price update to have in mind what is missing for each owner and maintain that.

  7. It appears that all the vertical photos on Photos tab changes to landscape mode on DBS, result in the photo being zoomed in too much.
    It'd be great if DBS supports both vertical and landscape photos

  10. I know we can use the custom data to set data for the bedroom field.

    However, sometimes I need to only temporarily change our bedding setup (eg for a day or two), and so using custom data means I have to make an edit BOTH on the "Set rooms" page and in the custom data fields. It is quite inconvenient.

    Would you please consider having the variable for this property information so that when I update the bedroom, it will update automatically in my template, message?

  11. We currently have to resend links to most BDC guests as the current links to the pre arrival form and damage deposit don't work-especially when try from a mobile as the links are broken.

  13. When I deleted the report on HFL
    On owner portal the report still there, however, when the owner click on it > it shows the error page which can cause the confusion for owners.

    => I want when 1 report was deleted on my side, it should be removed automatically on owner side.

  14. Make the new AI feature available to owners/internal users as well. There are many times a new hire (or someone dealing with a new property) would love to ask questions vs look up in a specific tab on the sheet. Or even text the questions while they’re on the go. Basically the same feature but accessible to internal users, not just guests. This way property managers out at 1 property, getting a question about something on another property - a quick English text to get an English answer (instead of relying on a human help desk) is SO much easier…

  15. My booking setting is inquiry/ booking request. I want to add a conversion tracking code on the booking confirmation page, but this won't work due to no booking confirmation page for these booking settings. I don't want to switch to instant book.

    As a PM, I want to be able to have a way to track the conversion rate of inquiries/ booking requests to instant bookings on my direct booking site.

  18. Currently, Airbnb support messages are not sent to the PMS inbox, which poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires us to communicate with Airbnb support exclusively through the Airbnb app, creating a need to have both Hostfully and Airbnb notifications enabled simultaneously. This can be inconvenient and time-consuming, especially when dealing with multiple properties.

    Moreover, Airbnb support messages are not forwarded to co-host accounts. As a result, I am unable to efficiently respond to Airbnb support requests for the properties I manage through the PMS interface. This limitation not only hampers productivity but also introduces the potential for miscommunication and delays…

    - Go to the calendar
    - Click on 1 specific lead > click on button Create job of this lead > the window create a job manually will pop up
    - However, the job created related to dates and properties, no lead information included so it does not show lead check out date.

    => We want when creating the job manually associate with 1 lead via calendar, it should be included
    1. lead check-in date
    2. lead check-out date
    3. number of guests

  20. for a direct booking on the website when people put the discount code, we see the letters in capital letters at all times but the system is sensitive to lower and upper case letters. We often have errors because on cell phones, the first letter is always capitalized and that always creates errors. No matter what people write, it appears in capital letters.
