    The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.

    While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  8. Give owners access to the amenities and photo page. This would allow PM's to invite the owner during the onboarding process and have them populate these pages for quick and accurate onboarding. Right now our owners need to fill out a lengthy onboarding form and then it manually has to be entered into hostfully. When these items need to be updated the owner can simply handle it rather than emailing staff to take care of it.

  14. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  18. At the moment, users are having issue that no matter they changes the security deposit settings on Property main settings, the SD settings on Bookung.com always shows like below:

    Damage policy options.
    You require a damage deposit from guests:
    - Your guests pay a damage deposit by Credit Card
    - You collect this from your guests: Up to 14 days before arrival

    while users select the option to return security deposit 7 days in account settings.

    Upon checking with T2, it's because we use the default value once there is a SD defined on property, That is a limitation now.…

  19. It appears that captions don't appear on direct booking site when viewing photos.
    I’d think it’d be good if they were displayed somewhere.
    They have relevant and important information.
    It'd be great if captions can be shown there.

  20. Most processors refund the processing fees when a cancellation occurs but Hostfully's does not and that results in hundreds of dollars a week lost because I have Hostfully. This is a 911 that needs to change now. We all should not have to work around this when if we went through Airbnb or VRBO's processor we would not incur theses fees.
