  1. When a guest purchases an item via Guidebook Marketplace, we receive an email notification with the guest's name, guest's email, and transaction ID.

    However, when we go to Stripe and look for the transaction, there is no email or guest name linked to the transaction. It's hard to tell which payment is from which guest. Therefore, adding the customer's email and name to the Stripe payment would be great.

  3. The system currently permits users to select check-out dates that do not meet the minimum night requirement. However, when entering guest details, an error message in the booking widget states "Minimum stay is not met." This could potentially confuse guests and lead to a loss of interest.

  5. Currently, Hostfully does not support vertical ratios in the email templates, so the vertical property image is cropped in a system template (Booking Payment Confirmed).

  9. Hi - I have a 2 night minimum in place, however, it is allowing 1 night bookings to show. Attached screen grabs as reference. It will not let the 1 night booking be processed, but we'd like to eliminate the option for it to happen

  10. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  11. Hello! I suggest adding the option to enable/disable triggers. Currently, it's quite inconvenient as you can only adjust or delete them. But having the ability to turn them on or off would be helpful. Sometimes, it's necessary to temporarily disable a trigger.

  17. Allow the unverified guest can send the booking request
    When I set
    - Booking setup: instants book
    - Guest requirement: well reviewed guests with verified identity for channel Airbnb

    => only well review guest with verified identity can be able to book instantly with me.

    Based on that, I can send the message, probaly via trigger to these guest to request their ID to be able to book.
