  9. Guest details entered on the splash page of the guidebook be automatically imported into Hostfully PMS and synced with StayFi. Currently, the data is stored in the guidebook but not transferred to Hostfully or StayFi. Manual is old news.

  14. If a guest makes a repeat reservation with the same email address, it would be nice if Hostfully would tag that guest automatically so we know it's a repeat guest. We host hundreds of guests a year so we try to remember names when we see them come through, but we obviously can't recognize every name and tag it

    • Retrieve all reviews for a specific property
    • Retrieve new reviews (from a specific date)
    • Filter reviews with no response yet
    • Retrieve specific review with all category scores
    • Reply to guest reviews
    • Retrieve reviews at a group level (e.g. multiple properties’ scores on the same page)
    • Filter guest reviews based on Booking.com reservation ID
    • Retrieve aggregated property review score
    • Retrieve aggregated scores per category (e.g. ‘value for money’ category score)

It would be logical if and when a customer is making changes to their reservation, but when a Property Manager is making changes, on the back end, surely there should be prompts asking the editor if they wish to keep existing order and payment detail or adjust order detail to the changed property rate and/or dates? This seems logical to me. If you have multiple leads adjusting reservations for unforeseen circumstances and no warning prompt appears to the property manager when making changes, accounting's books would be a disaster.

  20. It would be useful to push the bathroom data from Hostfully to booking.com so it does not have be set up for each property in booking.com. This has to be done 99% of the time.
