Improve the UI for lead modal to be mobile-friendly
When viewing the lead modal via a browser on a mobile device, it is not mobile-friendly. The buttons for View Order, Create a Job, and Message are overlapping the x icon to close the lead modal, making it difficult to close the lead modal or click on any of those action buttons.

Filter transactions by payment method in reports
Currently, the Transaction Reports in Hostfully do not allow filtering by payment method. Property managers would benefit from the ability to generate reports that show only transactions made through a specific processor, such as Stripe, PayPal, or VRP. This would make it easier to reconcile payments and track revenue by payment source without exporting and manually filtering the data.

Ability to Set up Multiple Owner Accounts at once or Add Owners in Bulk
An agency can have a lot of owners and if PM is able to bulk add owners to PMP using an Excel spreadsheet, that would be a lot faster and more convenient to manually add one by one.

Security - Add support for passkeys
Passkeys are the newest and strongest form of passwordless authentication, built on the WebAuthn/FIDO2 standards. Instead of a password, a passkey uses public-key cryptography stored securely on a user’s device (like Face ID, Touch ID, or Windows Hello). When a user logs in, the device signs a challenge with the private key, and the server verifies it with the public key—meaning nothing secret ever travels over the internet.
Key points about passkeys:
Passwordless by design – users don’t type anything in; authentication happens with biometrics or device unlock.
Phishing-resistant – since the login only works on the legitimate domain, attackers…

Security - Add IP Login audit tracker
An application needs to track IP logins and display them to the end user as a critical security measure. By recording and showing where and when login attempts occur, users gain visibility into their account activity and can quickly detect unauthorized access from unfamiliar devices or locations. This transparency empowers users to take immediate action—such as changing passwords, revoking sessions, or enabling stronger authentication—if suspicious activity is spotted. At the same time, it creates an audit trail that helps both the user and the service provider investigate potential breaches. In short, IP login tracking enhances trust, accountability, and proactive defense…

Security - Add MFA App support
Add support for MFA app. Using an app is more secure and faster than an SMS code.
Why SMS-based MFA is insecure
While better than no MFA, SMS is no longer a robust security method. It is highly susceptible to attack because:
SIM swapping:
This is a common and dangerous method where attackers convince a mobile carrier to transfer your phone number to a new SIM card they control. They can then receive your MFA codes and gain access to your accounts.Lack of encryption:
SMS messages are not encrypted and can be intercepted by hackers with access to a…1 vote -
Auto-refund status icons not showing in booking details
The small icon that shows the auto-refund status is not showing in the booking details along with the other status icons (Rental Agreement signed & Guest Details icons). This should be consistent with the pipeline status icons.

Make owner stays distinct from owner blocks to support reservation scheduled tasks (cleanings, communication)
Sometimes owners block properties for work to be done, but most often they are blocking the property for personal use. In those cases, we need to clean and turnover the property just like we would for a guest reservation. Also, the smart automations (for example, changing thermostat settings via Lynx, Operto, etc.) should treat an owner stay the same as a guest stay.

Differentiate booking from TravelStaytion on Central calendar
Bookings from TravelStaytion should appear on Calendar as from TravelStaytion, not direct bookings. It does for Pipeline, Dashboard and Reports but it does not work like that for Calendar.

More details on message sender via API
Neither threads or messages have detailed info about the sender.
In threads it simply shows the “participantUid”: “agencyUid” in the participants when the “participantType”: “AGENCY”. It does not show the actual sender whether the employeeUid of the agency, or it was a system response.
In the messages response it simply shows “senderType”: “AGENCY” or “senderType”: “GUEST” but it does not show actual sender either.
Please see the below examples. How will we deal with such missing links?
Goal:
============= Thread -> set messages -> list of participants for each message and the timestamp details -> if sender type is AGENCY…1 vote -

Search widget - date selector
When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.
Steps to reproduce
1. Enter date and Search
2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout
