Can I suggest having the design team make it so that if negative notes are left in the Notes tab on Hostfully under a guest's booking that it automatically disable the positive guest review and flag a reminder to leave a negative review

Search widget - date selector
When using search widget for new stay date, you need to change the checkout date first then the checkin date while usually users will select new checkin date before checkout date.
Steps to reproduce
1. Enter date and Search
2. Click on checkin date again to change - arrows have disappeared so there is no way to change and search for a different checkin date after checkout date that's currently in use.User should be able to select any checkin date or there is a button 'clear date' to select new checkin and checkout

Handling TOT taxes collected by Airbnb in PMS
I request that the PMS be aware that Airbnb automatically collects and remits total occupancy taxes (TOT) in most jurisdictions, such as San Francisco. Due to limitations in the Airbnb API, it is not possible to mark these reservations as exempt or manually adjust these taxes in the system.
It would be helpful if the PMS automatically identified these reservations and blocked manual tax adjustments, or at least clearly indicated this in the accounting reports.1 vote -
Lead modal - Creating new booking
When we make a new booking, scrolling for the start date is perfectly fine, but then we need to scroll again for the end date by scrolling from today's date instead of a date after check-in. Can the date box be set that it starts automatically on +1 day? Currently, we need to scroll from TODAY for the check-out as well, which is a waste of time if the check-in date is already established as a future date.

How am I supposed to know to refund the guest or not based on my cancellation policy if I don't know the cancellation date?
For example Ruben Aguilar cancelled and I don't know if he cancelled w/in 24 hours of booking or not.

bring back pricing periods so the system can store the dates
We're aware that we can bulk update pricing in Calendar, however, we want to store the dates for Pricing periods so we can apply the pricing without checking the dates for seasonal rules again

More sample response in API doc besides 200
I'd love to possible error responses (e.g., when a cancellation fails) to be included in the API documentation.
At the moment, it looks like only the successful 200 status is documented, so having details on other response scenarios could be really helpful for integration and error handling.

Booking.com Hide Property Address Until Listing Confirmed
On Booking.com there is an api reference to hide the address until the booking is confirmed. On the properties page a very good feature would be to add a checkbox for booking.com to enable this so users can have their addresses hidden prior to a confirmed reservation.
