  1. A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
    It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.

  2. When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.

    I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

  4. If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.
    Orphan day comes up when minimum days of 2 or more comes up and there is a slot between bookings that cannot be booked because of the minimum days.

    PriceLabs has there solution for how to fill out the orphan days, but the told…

  5. If I have
    - tag A for property 1
    - tag B for property 2
    => When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
    => Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.

    Right now, only properties that have both tags will show. It currently uses AND functionality.

  6. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out.   8. This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.

    That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period.   9. Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.

At the moment, the trigger with condition Booking updated won't recognize what has been changed, because there's no specific condition (e.g booking extended, or guest name change, etc.) to specify that, and all the owners could do is to compare with the previous booking confirmation that they had, with the current information in our custom template.

    We want the system to have ability to tell in the message what actually changed.

  13. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

    The map showing on DBS is too specific, it pins the exact location of the house. We would love to see the general map only.

    While labeling the site won't help and there's no way to customize it. It'd be great if we're given options to hide or adjust the Map showing on DBS

  19. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

  20. There needs to be a way to view the calendar on the app without seeing the prices. For example if I'm showing a family member or business contractor my calendar I don't want them seeing what my nightly prices are. On the desktop version it's called "Booking View."
