  1. We would like the ability to set a flat monthly rate for properties, rather than relying solely on nightly rates. This would allow guests to book accommodations on a monthly basis at a fixed price (e.g., $2,100/month), which is especially useful for mid- to long-term stays.

  3. At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

  4. In the previous version (V2), it was really easy to see which photos were mapped to each room in the Where you'll sleep section. Everything was laid out clearly, and I could tell at a glance which photos were assigned or missing room tags.

    With V3, it's a lot more time-consuming. I have to click "Edit" on every single photo just to check if it’s linked to a room or not. This gets very tedious, especially when there are a lot of photos. It also makes it harder to troubleshoot or manage the listings efficiently.

  5. Ical works in UTC (Z at the end), so the TZ of the customer does not matter.

    Google calendar's UTC time is what we take into consideration for ical.

    9 PM in Mexico is already past midnight in UTC, so it takes the next day.

    is it possible to consider the property timezone for this?

  6. Currently, property owners can view listing content in the Owner Portal, but they cannot update photos or edit the property descriptions. Since many owners want to keep their listings updated without depending on the property manager for small adjustments, adding these permissions would greatly improve workflow efficiency.

  9. When a property is deleted (because we no longer manage it), all the data and related bookings are deleted too. Consequently, when we generate reports of previous years, the figues are wrong because the bookings data of the deleted properties are not included.
    This makes the reports and analytics tool unreliable.

  12. With the new Promo Codes endpoint, we now have the capability to retrieve/manage promo codes. However, we are currently unable to apply a promo code when generating a quote or lead.

    The PM requires the functionality to pass a promo code when retrieving a quote, in order to accurately display the price breakdown to the customer and initiate the checkout process.

  13. Currently, Hostfully only supports adjustments tied to owners and properties. However, many agencies also need to track and reconcile agency-wide expenses that are not connected to a specific property or owner.

    Examples include:

    Hostfully subscription fees

    Inventory purchases used across multiple properties

    Invoices paid directly by the agency (e.g., software, utilities, maintenance contracts)

    Having a way to enter, categorize, and report these agency-level adjustments would provide a more complete financial picture for monthly reconciliation.

  20. During onboarding we setup a 4% credit card processing fee to cover the 2.9% Stripe charge and the 1% hostfully charge. These fees are based on the entire amount of the reservation but the way that Hostfully collects only applies to the accommodation fare and nothing else. This fee rule was setup as "per stay", I have since changed it to "entire preservation" but when I did this the mapping drop downs for integration channels blocked out.
