  1. Can we create an option to choose the promo code to be valid for 3 reservations? That way, it would match the 20% off new listing promo on Airbnb and it could be applied to our direct booking website easily.... will help with marketing for booking direct.

  2. The Acceptance of our Agreement is a legal and binding document from the guest in regards to damage liability and cancellation rules and obligations. Acceptance/esign(accepted online) is the purpose of the guest Accepting our contractual terms and conditions. Without verified proof of Acceptance the guest has no liabilities in a court of law or in regards to a Credit Card Chargeback.

    Therefore this is vital to the guest understanding of the terms and conditions and in their liability enforcement.

  3. The variable [$LEAD_CHECKIN$], which provides the check-in date, only provides the date in English, even when we use a template in another language. I work in Brazil and need the dates to be displayed in our format (dd/mm/yyyy).

    We want the ability to set the Variable [$LEAD_CHECKIN$] to populate with format DD MM YYYY instead of MM DD YYYY

  7. I am using Waivo insurance and have the standard fee for first 10nights, but after that it goes to a nightly rate. Is there a way to set up a fee to charge charge the guest the full amount of the Waivo fee when they are staying longer than the 10 days?

  8. Currently, optional upsell items (such as pet fees) are only displayed later in the booking process, around the “Confirm and Continue” or payment stage. This can make them easy for guests to miss.

    It would improve the user experience to surface these options earlier in the flow — for example:

    After guests input the number of guests

    Before clicking “Book Now”

    Or as a dropdown/selectable option earlier in the checkout process

    This would make upsells more visible and intuitive, and could potentially increase adoption and reduce confusion for guests.

When a PM rebooks a guest, they want to be able to add a condition that if they are a repeat guest, the guest doesn't get the generic 'looking forward to meeting you' welcome email, but instead a different, more personal email which says something like 'looking forward to seeing you again'. So add a condition if the guest is a repeat guest.

  13. Either add Booking.com photo tags to the Hostfully interface, or update the integration so tags don't get removed when Hostfully syncs the listing with Booking.com.

    Right now, tags I add to my listing photos in Booking.com get removed once Hostfully syncs the listing.

  14. It would be very helpful to have the ability to send a mass SMS message to past guests directly from Hostfully.

    Currently, SMS messages can only be sent through reservation-based triggers, but there is no way to broadcast a text message to all previous guests at once.

    This feature would allow property managers to easily send direct booking promotions, special offers, or announcements to their past guests via SMS without needing to export contacts and use a third-party texting platform.

  15. I wanted to emphasize how important it is for South African clients to have access to a payment integration that supports instant bookings. Unfortunately, Stripe and PayPal are not viable options in South Africa, which means the only way for us to currently accept direct booking payments through Hostfully is via the ChargeAutomation integration. The downside of this setup is that we are unable to offer instant bookings, which inevitably creates booking drop-off and bounce rates.

  17. The daysBetweenDates on the search widget is defaulted to 7 days so when I select Aug 1 for the check-in date, the check-out date is automatically Aug 8. However, guests should be able to select any checkout date after the check-in date so this is confusing.

  20. Add DAC7-aligned income/activity export functionality to support users managing EU properties who need to meet local tax transparency reporting regulations.

    Problem / User Need
    Property managers operating within the UK/EU are required to report rental income under DAC7 regulations.
    While platforms like Airbnb and Stripe handle their own reporting as platform operators, PMs must still gather accurate financial data for submissions.

    At the moment, Hostfully does not offer a reporting export tailored for DAC7 needs, making the process more manual and time-consuming for users.
