Allow automatic payments from Booking.com to enable ChargeAutomation
At the moment, when using ChargeAutomation to collect payments for Booking.com reservations, it is required to change the API setting for Booking.com connection so PM can view the CC details and charge it actively. It would be helpful if Hostfully can support automatic payments for ChargeAutomation with BDC (also for Vrbo and direct bookings).

Owner block from property manager!
Most properties prefer me to block dates for them, so we as property managers in the main (or principal) user, should be able to block dates and pick the option of owner block so we get the same purple color as when they block.

addition of a filter value in the channel pulldown menu in Hostfully's pipeline
We are using Hostfully API v3's referrer value to show in the pipeline where the lead request came from, among our 3 web sites. If I don't select a filter, I see all bookings from various external platforms and am only interested in measuring the funnel efficiency by origin website (Paris For Rent, Haven In, Paris Luxury Rentals). The quote/booking forms on these web sites use the referrer value and send it to Hosfully along with the request.

Creating an onboarding form for Property Owners, for easier listing Creation
Create a dedicated onboarding form for owners to fill out, which the host can embed directly into Hostfully for automatic listing creation. Right now, the process is very manual.
Alternatively, create a section in the an owner portal where we can send owners a link to submit all their onboarding information. Then, with just one click, the host can generate the listing using the owner-provided data.
Overall goal: automate the properties onboarding process and eliminate manual work.

Would be useful to have the ability to configure specific dates for our VRBO's mobile and member discounts.
This is possibile within Vrbo but not while being connected with Hostfully.Also, VRBO confirmed this is supported by other PMS.

- A specific header we should validate?
- IP ranges we can allowlist?We want to make sure we can confirm that incoming webhook requests truly originate from Hostfully and prevent spoofed calls.

Send Images and Text Together to Airbnb Inbox
Currently, images and text must be sent separately, which makes communication less efficient and can cause confusion for guests. Being able to include both in the same message would improve clarity, streamline conversations, and enhance the overall guest experience

Add date range filtering to Owner Adjustments API
Currently, the /api/v3.2/owner-adjustments endpoint does not support filtering by start and end date. When iterating through properties with long history (for example, multiple years), the payload becomes very large and difficult to process efficiently.
Please add optional query parameters such as:
startDate
endDate
This would allow partners to limit results to a specific time window and significantly reduce payload size.

garage door vendor

Make service provider calendar visibility optional
Some property managers would like the ability to restrict what service providers can see in the calendar. Currently, when a service provider has calendar visibility, they can see broader booking and occupancy information for the property. In many cases, this is not necessary for their role.
From a security perspective, exposing full calendar availability can create risk, as it may reveal when a property is unoccupied. Service providers only need to see the jobs assigned to them, not the full occupancy schedule.

I believe Hostfully should implement a toggle for owner payouts. Default is payout on beginning of stay. WE need it to be after stay ends!!!
Currently Hostfully has owner payout default reports set to when booking is booked. I believe it should be due changed or at least have a toggle switch to enable payouts to be calculated at check out date. Currently I have a booking on the last day of the month and lasts 10 days. Hostfully has me paying my owner on "Check in Date" and not at "Check out Date" I believe this should be changed.

Seasonal Triggers
n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.
I think there are other templates that would benefit from seasonal triggers
