  1. It would be extremely useful, and some places like breezeway and charge automation are already offering it as an add on. Basically an upsell like early check-in, or late checkout that is only offered if there is a gap night.

    Could you please provide more information, and maybe screenshots? We do not understand this request. In the Inbox, all the messages related to a particular booking/guest already appear in the same thread. Thank you.

  8. Only tax IDs on the agency level is supported, so they are synced to Airbnb. It would be good to have it at the property level so the owner ID can be used.

  9. Currently, photos and beds assigned to the Common Space room type are not displaying correctly on Airbnb. This is due to Airbnb’s decision to sunset support for the common_space designation by July 2025.

    Please help update the common space mapping to align with Airbnb's update.

  12. Currently, the values of columns Rent/Fees/Property Total Taxes/Total Revenue in the Property reports are the full amount of the bookings. It would be nice to have their prorated values as well

  15. I would like to edit the filters on a owner report where it says "All channels" and only include Hostfully as the one channel. BUt when I go to "set filters" I can't edit only "hostfully"

  19. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.
