When we sync hostfully with clearning accounting, we are showing a mis-matched balance and it is because hostfully is counting the whimstay platform fee as income instead of as a fee deducted from the payment. It is inflating our deposit

HOLD Requests - Allow the Booking Quote to stay active even though the hold has expired
We are using the hold function for 24 hours and then use the autosend follow up to nudge the client that the hold is due to expire. This is very effective! However, is there any way the booking hold request quote flip into a new lead that can still remain accessible to book if it the hold has expired? This way if a client is late to make the payment, they can still book without intervention from us but it also releases the date on the calender to allow another reservation to happen if they are too slow.

Integration with Revolut Payment Links (Revolut Business)
I would like Hostfully to integrate with Revolut Business payment links.
Stripe and PayPal fees are significantly reducing margins, especially for high-volume property managers. With Revolut Business, we can receive up to 250 payments per month for around €10/month, which is far more cost-efficient.
This is especially important for selling add-ons, experiences, packages, and direct bookings. With Stripe fees, the profit on these services becomes very low and sometimes not worth the effort.
A Revolut integration would:
Reduce unnecessary transaction costs
Increase profitability

Allow to override the initial down payment on a per reservation basis.
When manually creating a reservation, add ability to specify a different down payment then the default. The use case is to use when making a longer than usual reservation and offering the repeat guest a lower initial down payment....such as offering 20% and the rest 80% 50 days before check-in.

Remove the security deposit amount from the TOTAL in the new eDBS Booking Widget
In the new version of the Direct Booking Site, guests see the security deposit amount INCLUDED in the total price. This should be removed as it misleads guests from the real price of their reservation.

Customize Minimum Price on the Booking widget
Currently, with the new version of the direct booking site, the price calculation of minPriceOverYear on the Hostfully Direct Booking site is now (the lowest night price + tax rate % + non-optional fees + non-optional taxes).
But I would like to not show the non-optional fees on that minimum price, so it would be great if we could customize the min price of the booking widget to define the amount to display.

Mark a Reservation as Check-In Instructions Completed when ending access instructions
Currently, we send all our check-in instructions manually by using the templates to send a message based on if the property has a smartlock or doesn't and it pulls all the relevant data.
I would like to see in a clear spot if a guest checking in that day has been sent their access instructions template or not. Firstly, we'd need a toggle on the guest modal to say 'Sent!' or 'Complete!'
And then we know who's still needing access details (and may need to fill out their pre-arrival form).
It would be great to then see throughout the day…

Assign Trigger Recipients Based on Property-Cleaner Assignment
I manage multiple cleaners, and each cleaner is assigned to specific properties. Currently, when creating a trigger and selecting multiple cleaners as recipients, the notification is sent to all selected cleaners regardless of which property the booking belongs to. I want triggers to automatically send notifications only to the cleaner assigned to the property associated with the booking.
