Add sorting to the Service Provider job list and allow filtering by dates
From our cleaners
the list of "jobs" is now in date order (hoorah!) BUT is reverse date order and there's no way to load additional pages, so I can currently only see bookings from Oct 9, 2023 to Oct 9, 2022.
More..."Hostfully doesn't let me sort at all 😆 But organized by date rather than by unit (and dates all mixed up within each unit grouping) is a step up. Once we can see all visits in this view I'll be able to see all notes, but for now the list only includes the 90 or so cleans furthest way…9 votes -

Add a feature that changes the listing topic by one alphabet or descriptions and in this way the listing stays active and gets higher rank

Triggers should automatically recognize the channel to send direct message or email
Currently you cannot send Airbnb messages via the Send Check-in Instructions, or Send Pre-Arrival Form; you will need to do it from the Inbox 2.0. In addition for Triggers you have to setup two triggers for every event you need. One trigger for Airbnb and one Trigger for all other channels. Ideally it would automatically recognize the channel as Airbnb and send an Airbnb Message or an email absed on the channel. This would cut triggers down by half and make it a bit simpler to manage.

Email
Make both Email addresses for a guest, (Client information) active. Not just the one with a red star. This is so if two guest want to get all notices, both emails will get them.

Inbox Replies from Guests should only include their reply.
Inbox Replies from Guests should ONLY include their reply, and not have the entire message I sent them tacked onto it. I already know what I sent them, as it's right below their reply. Don't need to have what I sent them included in their reply. It is redundant and messy.

Color Change based on Check-in/out
In Kigo, when a guest checked-out the reservation color changed on the calendar. This was very helpful for our front desk staff to quickly see at a glance what units were occupied. It would be great to see similar functionality in Hostfully.

Mid-Term Stays and Recurring Payments
At least 85% of our guests book via our direct booking website. The majority of them stay with us for 2-6 months. They always want to pay for just 1 month at a time, but Hostfully requires them to pay for the entire stay up front. This scares some potential guests away because even though we explain that we can manually just charge them for 1 month at a time, all they see is the huge total amount for the entire stay when they do a search for their dates. Option to change commission rate for stays entered manually
We offer a lower commission rate on stays that acquired by our home owners. Since these are all entered in manually it would be great to have the option to change the commission rate when creating a booking so that the calculations will shake out in the reports rather than us having to track these stays and break it down after we run reports.

Add ability to cancel automated reviews for a guest from the message inbox
If we have a negative interaction, it would be nice to be able to easily cancel the scheduled review at that time, including from the app.

Add "post now" action to scheduled airbnb reviews
I can cancel, then manual review, then post from there, but it's clunky. I'd like to go through checking reviews and either approving or cancelling them. Then the next time I'm back on the page, I'd like it to be easy to tell which have already been checked so I don't check them again.

Create a trigger for gap days
If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.

Make jobs show up within the export calendar iCal feeds, similar to how bookings show up
I'm hoping to be able to use an external service like ResortCleaning which will read the Hostfully iCal but right now jobs aren't showing up within the iCal export.

Add an at a glance view of services booked to the UI
It would be super useful to have an at-a-glance view of all booked services. At present, it is very easy to miss a service, since service provide notifications do not work correctly.
This could either be a calendar style view, or an addition to the logistics report.

Date Analytics for Guidebooks
In addition to the "when" and "who" is accessing the guidebook (currently provided), I'd like to see what areas of the guidebook they're accessing and how frequently, so I can see where I may need to improve it for future guests.

The ability to create discount codes that last a specific number of days or months.
Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

Add Airbnb Post Booking Details to PMP
As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.

Add Listing Name to Exported Calendar Details
The exported calendars links should show the unit name and not just "Booked > The Guest Name"
When you have multiple exported calendars it's very confusing because you can't see which listing is which.
