  1. Ability to upload documents to Owner portal

    I am looking for a way to upload documents to the owners portal. Documents that don't exist in Hostfully already. Each year we do a survey of the properties and give recommendations of things the owners improve, so that is an example of something we would like the ability to be able to drop in the owner portal.

  5. Per-night rent is not showing in new lead modal

    In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  6. Be able to send a booking notification to owner for reservation made before activating the notification feature

    so I have recently setting up a direct booking for 1 of the properties and I forgot to select the owner notification.

  13. Make all variables used in system templates available for use in custom templates

    Certain variables, such as [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$], [$TRANSACTIONID$],[$GUESTINFOURL$]- which leads to the pre-arrival form, and others are only functional in system templates. I'd like to be able to insert them into custom templates so that I can have more control over formatting, colors, branding, and when these messages are triggered.

  14. Ability to set LOS discount for direct booking site only

    I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

    PM wants to integrate with the PriceLabs feature that allows dynamic minimum stay rules based on booking dates. For example: a minimun stay of 3 nights if booked within 30 days, and 5 nights if booked more than 30 days in advance.

  20. Report - allow booking source for booking from Rental United

    Reservations from Rental United appear in Pipeline as "booked on Booking.com via Rental United" or "Booked on Expedia via Rental United". However, these information is not showing in report, they only appear as Rental United under Channel name or Affiliate name fields.

    Those information will be helpful for us to analysis the booking data and conversion from each channel.
