  1. Currently, the default language is US English therefore the AI Bot answers using US spellings. This then shows our guest that we are using a Bot to answer.
    It would be great to have the option of UK English as a language option.

  5. We have a pet agreement that we want to hyperlink to if the guest answers Yes to bringing a pet. Currently we can add a link but it isn't clickable, hyperlinking does not work on the guest side. Nothing happens when they click the link. They have to copy and paste the link to be able to read the agreement and indicate they agree with the terms. Would be nice to hyperlink to the rental agreement as well if we want. That way they aren't receiving too many agreements and forms to fill out.

  6. I want to be able to move Airbnb/Booking.com reservations in Hostfully without adjusting them on the channel sites to optimize my portfolio.

    Sometimes, guests refused to update the reservations in the channels even though the property booked is not their current stays

  7. In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

  9. The receipt should show the actual amount paid by the guest and not the order total. If a guest has a balance left or has not paid for the security deposit, it is inaccurate for their receipt to include this.

  10. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

    The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

    Customizable Timeframes:
    Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).

  11. I'd like to integrate directly with Expedia from Hostfully to ensure my properties are listed there and not be charged commission through channel partners.

    I understand some properties are distributed to Expedia if I am connected to Vrbo, though Vrbo can't guarantee that will happen and we can't request it. I can connect to Expedia through channel management partners, but they charge an extra commission. A direct connection would guarantee I am listed on that channel and save listings expenses.

  14. We already get the notification from each platform about cancellation through text message and email. What I want to have is the notification through hostfully. If we get any cancellation information in dashboard or inside of hostfully app or web, it should be more intuitive and easy to collect all of the information

  18. I think it would be a great feature where we can remove the pricing rule (decrease the X% when stay more than Y nights) for certain months of the year.

    Here's why: We live in a very touristy area of Costa Rica. With that being said, we do have slow times, i.e. during the months of May to September. We discount our nightly rates, but we do not give weekly or monthly discounts due to the huge savings in these months.
