  1. In addition to the "when" and "who" is accessing the guidebook (currently provided), I'd like to see what areas of the guidebook they're accessing and how frequently, so I can see where I may need to improve it for future guests.

  2. Add the "Properties" button to the main menu buttons, it is being used constantly and should have direct access rather than through a drop-down menu, ideally to have a drop-down menu where you can just pick your property instead of scrolling them down.

  3. As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.

  4. The exported calendars links should show the unit name and not just "Booked > The Guest Name"

    When you have multiple exported calendars it's very confusing because you can't see which listing is which.

  6. From the various lead views, we can view the message thread, but there is no way to open this in a new window.

    the standard convention is "control-click" on a button will open in a new window but this doesn't work witht he UI widgets employed.

    It's very annoying to have to go to the inbox view then click the browser back button to get back to the calendar or dashboard or pipeline view and then wait for those screens to refresh again.

  10. There are many scenarios in which a host might extend a complimentary night to a guest, to address an issue, as a gift, or for employees/friend's.

    It would great if there was a way within the Hostfully to comp a night, or a block of nights, while having the booing otherwise behave as a regular booking.

    I'm aware that a discount code, or a negative line item could be sud for this purpose, but this is a messy, manual process, and does not create any kind of trackable record that could be used for accounting purposes.

  11. Hostfully currently has a Guest list, but it is hidden deep in the UI.

    Within the guest's "Guest Information" page you are able to see a history of their reservations (Guest Booking History)

    However, you are not able to access a reservation from the Guest record or make any changes to their bookings.

    If the reservation records show in this page preformed like the pipeline records, this currently useless feature would become an extremely valuable tool, of particular help with guests with multiple bookings.

  12. Right now prospective guests are REALLY struggling to understand how much our properties cost. It's the number one question we get from people who are searching on our direct booking site.

    The problem is that there is no way to compare prices across properties other than drilling down into several property pages open in several tabs and entering dates and guest count info in each one.

  13. Currently, we can enter a specific date range, or expiration date. It would be nice to be able to have a discount code that is set to be valid a certain number of months from the previous check out date. E.g. After guest stay, the discount is sent and is valid one or two years from the date that it is sent.

  16. Guest portal should show 'Statement' information even for Vacation Rent Payment users. This feature is currently not working for those who use VRP - maybe just pull order_statement merge field to fill that information. I have many guests who ask for this info and who attempt to use guest portal but it doesn't populate.

  17. At least 85% of our guests book via our direct booking website. The majority of them stay with us for 2-6 months. They always want to pay for just 1 month at a time, but Hostfully requires them to pay for the entire stay up front. This scares some potential guests away because even though we explain that we can manually just charge them for 1 month at a time, all they see is the huge total amount for the entire stay when they do a search for their dates.   19. There's a lot of empty space in the inbox' sidebar. Having notes displayed in this section could be quite useful to keep track of ongoing work for an specific reservation and coordinating efforts in our team.

  20. If there are dates available to extend the stay (either before or after the dates that the guest initially chose), create the possibility to notify the guest at the last minute, so that they can easily extend their stay if there are available dates before the next guest's booking starts.
