    What kind of setting would you need for this app notification mgmt feature?

    - type of app notification: new lead, new message

    - filter to specific channels, specific properties, ...?

  2. Please include a line item in the computation that shows the long stay discount. Airbnb does this and it is helpful for the guest to see that they benefited from a long stay discount. Otherwise both the guest and the host are guessing whether the length of stay discount was included in the calculation.

  4. When updating Description tab, it gives error "The limit for number of characters for summary field is 500 inclusive". It appears there's no Summary field. The error is referring to Long description field.

    It'd be more user friendly if you can specify which field needs to be updated, Here in this case: Long description field.

  7. Currently I can't import property description from Airbnb to Hostfully due to unsupported locale "es". Hostfully map descriptions based on the languages Hostfully supports, but ‘supporting’ limits to the language, whereas Airbnb works with full locales like es_ES. In the meantime, I have to manually add description to Hostfully.

  12. The reason the prospect is not moving forward with transitioning from Guesty to Hostfully is due to not having grandchild listing. We have parent child listing, but Guesty allows you to have parent/child/grandchild listing which she needs.

  15. When a potential guest looks at my nightly rate and breakdown on VRBO or DBS it only shows them a nightly rate because all of the fees are distributed into that nightly rate. Taxes can be shown separately, I have no issue with that

  16. It would be nice if there was a drop down for payments received. Instead of only saying charge, maybe it should say Payment or Refund and an additional box that says "Payment Type" (Check/Check#, Credit Card, Other".

  17. Many times I do a quick BLOCK on a set of dates for someone off-channel who wants to stay to no one can book it.
    Once we work out the details, I want to go from the block to a HOLD or BOOKING.
    But it won't convert. So - I have to cancel the block, and am nervous during that few mins that someone could block a date on a channel and mess up the booking!

    Simple fix would be to allow to covert a Block to hold or booking, so it never goes unavailable for someone to grab while…
