  1. I would like Hostfully to integrate with Revolut Business payment links.
    Stripe and PayPal fees are significantly reducing margins, especially for high-volume property managers. With Revolut Business, we can receive up to 250 payments per month for around €10/month, which is far more cost-efficient.
    This is especially important for selling add-ons, experiences, packages, and direct bookings. With Stripe fees, the profit on these services becomes very low and sometimes not worth the effort.
    A Revolut integration would:
    Reduce unnecessary transaction costs
    Increase profitability
    Encourage more upsells through Hostfully

    It would be extremely helpful if the Owner Adjustments Report allowed adjustments to be filtered, grouped, or separated by adjustment/expense name.

    Ideally, this could work in one (or both) of the following ways:
    • Add the ability to group or filter adjustments by name directly in the report
    • Or provide a formula-based/custom field option similar to the “Custom Fee” field, where adjustments can be pulled dynamically by name

    This would allow users to:
    • Easily separate different expense types
    • Total costs by each adjustment category
    • Improve expense tracking, reporting accuracy, and owner statements

  5. Currently, when the checkbox is checked in the Pre-arrival form builder, the label changes to “Required,” and when it is unchecked, it changes to “Optional,” which makes it seem like checking the box keeps the field optional. Improving the clarity of this interaction would reduce confusion.

  6. Create a dedicated onboarding form for owners to fill out, which the host can embed directly into Hostfully for automatic listing creation. Right now, the process is very manual.

    Alternatively, create a section in the an owner portal where we can send owners a link to submit all their onboarding information. Then, with just one click, the host can generate the listing using the owner-provided data.

    Overall goal: automate the properties onboarding process and eliminate manual work.

  8. We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
    At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.

    The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

  9. PM would prefer that the invoice information in Extranet not be overwritten, as the listings may belong to different owners or countries and having separate invoice details is important.

  10. I would recommend Hostfully to immediately search and show a drop down of existing guests after we start typing the guests' first or last name, to match with existing records. Usually when we need to create manual bookings, chances are they are returning guests. And after clicking the name we chose, auto populate the remaining fields such as email, address, phone number, etc.

    At the moment, there is no centralized place in the platform where I can see sync issues related to LOS discounts or other pricing-related data. This lack of visibility makes it difficult to know when something is wrong.

    Recently, I encountered two separate sync issues across different listings that I only discovered after manually checking my Airbnb listings. The platform was not pushing LOS discounts correctly, which meant pricing displayed on Airbnb was inaccurate and could have impacted potential bookings and our bottom line.   13. There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.

  16. Add a configuration option allowing PMs to choose whether the Security Deposit should always be collected 100% at booking, regardless of the % due at reservation.

    Example:
    If a PM sets “50% due at reservation” and “Security Deposit at booking,” the system should allow collecting 50% of the booking total plus 100% of the Security Deposit in the same initial charge.

  18. I need to be able to send a message on a particular day of the week AND at a set time. I have bin reminders to send that happen weekly, when a guest stay is active. If I choose the day (i.e. Tuesday reminder for a Wednesday collection) the reminder is sent Tuesday am and we might have a new guest in Tuesday pm. If we send the reminder on Wednesday its too late... I want to choose day of the week and timing as a condition

  19. Add DAC7-aligned income/activity export functionality to support users managing EU properties who need to meet local tax transparency reporting regulations.

    Problem / User Need
    Property managers operating within the UK/EU are required to report rental income under DAC7 regulations.
    While platforms like Airbnb and Stripe handle their own reporting as platform operators, PMs must still gather accurate financial data for submissions.

    At the moment, Hostfully does not offer a reporting export tailored for DAC7 needs, making the process more manual and time-consuming for users.
