  1. It would be nice if there was a drop down for payments received. Instead of only saying charge, maybe it should say Payment or Refund and an additional box that says "Payment Type" (Check/Check#, Credit Card, Other".

  2. When it comes to split payments, in transaction report, I would like to see the fees and taxes split. Currently, it's showing the fees and taxes for the entire stay, not just for each transaction.

  3. At the moment, when scheudling reports, we don't have an option to choose Next month for Date range.

    The use is for our service providers to see next months schedule and the only options are last month or this month. I need to send out future booking reports to our service providers (cleaners, snow plowers, etc) and owners as well for them to see a schedule one month ahead of time

  5. At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.

    Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

  7. I would like to be able to remove the check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting in Main Settings for a specific date. When I go to Pricing tab and untick the check-in restriction, it can't be removed.

  11. It would be amazing for PMs to have the ability to stop all future automated messages (such as review request templates) if the guest had an issue during their stay to prevent a bad review from coming, an automated message can remind them to leave a review.

    The other scenario where this can benefit is if the guest caused damage and you do not want to send any follow-up automated messages to remarket to them to come stay again

  13. Currently, when a guest submits a booking request, it says that they host has 24 hours to confirm the request.  It would be helpful to have a way to change the number of hours to something like 48 hours for direct booking requests.

  14. The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.

    This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

  19. The most useful inbox filter would be conversations where guests have sent messages to us, but we haven't replied yet. Sometimes these get buried, and it requires going through every single thread to look it over. Ideally this would be set up so that automated messages from triggers/templates did not count as replies from us.

    Or possible this could be set up through a totally different field. For example, each message thread could have a status box next to it. Whenever a guest sent a message, it could update that status box to say "Needs attention" in yellow. Then if…

  20. At the end of the month I complete a spreadsheet capturing the final revenue and occupancy data for each property. Right now I have to download as csv and filter one property at a time. I would just like to see a summmary of all properties for a given time frame.

    Note: we can almost do this with the “property report”
    But it shows “estimated revenue” which isn’t accurate.

    Additionally: on the above “property report”
    Is a custom equation called “time period” or something like that that updates the number of days to a particular month. This equation should be…
