  2. At least 85% of our guests book via our direct booking website. The majority of them stay with us for 2-6 months. They always want to pay for just 1 month at a time, but Hostfully requires them to pay for the entire stay up front. This scares some potential guests away because even though we explain that we can manually just charge them for 1 month at a time, all they see is the huge total amount for the entire stay when they do a search for their dates.   3. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

  4. In the portal, when you click on a reservation in the calendar, it does not show the full price paid to the property manager after commission charged by booking.com or the other OTA's.

    Then in the owner portal calendar it shows the price of the reservation excluding the cleaning fee and commission from OTA's which makes the amount incorrect and not useful. In the owner portal is just shows the amount in the property managers calendar minus the property's managers commission however this is not accurate due to the commission charged by the platforms.

  10. More fields in Property reports to export data such as property information (address/ long-lat), listing content (description, note, public name, rules ...), property setup (property type, bedrooms - bed type, guests, rate, fees ....).

    It would be much more helpful if we can export it from UI as we have multiple properties and this kind of report can help us with an overview of properties setup and we can figure what we have to fix.

  11. I'd like to see the ability to create discount codes that are only valid for reservations of a specific number of nights. So if we wanted to offer a special of a "3rd night free", we could create a discount code that could do this.

  13. Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.

    We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.

    We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

  15. Airbnb does automatic translation but I was just trying to do as much of my messaging and tasks through Hostfully as I can instead of having to go back and forth! I’ve been just responding through Airbnb so it would automatically translate what I’m texting instead of having to go through Google translate

  16. When a reservation is modified to new check-in and check-out dates, guests will receive a balance request, pay via the payment link and need to sign again. When it is completed, we expect the rental condition will have the following information correctly:

    1/ New check-in and check-out dates
    2/ New total of nights
    3/ Signature from the last transaction made from payment link

  17. When I create quotes, I don´t see if a discount is applied (for example 10% off when a reservation is for more than 7 days).

    On the final price it is applied, but it is not a line item on the quote.

  19. Currently when payment fails for insufficient funds the booking goes into our calendar and blocks the dates preventing anyone else from booking. In VRBO it looks like a valid reservation. It isn't obvious to the guests or to us that there is a problem with payment so the conversation with the guest continues as usual and check in details are provided. Until I see a vague email from Hostfully saying that a payment failed. It doesn't identify the reservation. Just that a payment failed. If I hadn't been checking my email I wouldn't know. Quite often the email gets lost…

  20. As a VRM I would like to have a different agency/owner split per property per owner. Right now, the same agency/owner split applies to all properties that belong to a single owner. Instead, I would like to have different splits per property per owner.
