  2. Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.

    if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.

  6. I manage a vacation rental in Australia using Hostfully with Stripe as our payment processor. We’ve opted in to Payments by Booking.com, so Booking.com collects guest payments and pays us via a virtual credit card. I recently learned about Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package, which, according to Booking.com, makes details like the virtual credit card’s activation date, current balance and expiration date visible in a connected PMSpartner.booking.com.

    However, VCC is not available on HFL.

    I want that Hostfully would support Booking.com’s Payments Clarity Package. to have
    1/ VCC details and paid‑online indicators appear in Hostfully.

  7. The long-term exemption in property setting page is only supported for tax rate, not cleaning fee tax rate while it should apply it for both.

  8. Would be cool to add option to send message based on if there is checkout on same day as the checkin. it can be useful to use it to update guest whether they can check in early.. also it can nice to have similar trigger for check in on same day of checkout to check if they can checkout later

  9. Currently, the Analytics page only displays rental revenue in the property's active currency setting. If a property has bookings in multiple currencies (e.g., EUR and USD), only the revenue matching the current property currency is shown. This causes misleading or incomplete financial data, especially for properties that have recently changed currencies or accept international bookings.

    Suggestions
    1/ Add a currency filter or multi-currency breakdown on the Analytics page
    2/ Include all revenue data regardless of currency, with clear labeling
    3/ Option to normalize revenue to a single currency (e.g., convert all to USD based on exchange rate)

  12. Currently when using the calendar scroll bar, if you move the bar a little too much the calendar skips several months.

    Trying to scroll back over the past month places you 3 or 4 months back. It is too sensitive.

  14. It would be incredibly helpful to add the ability to search by property address in the search bar on the Property page. Currently, users can search by property name or UID, and use tags and filters for things like status, amenities, type, location, or sort by creation date or alphabetically.

    However, for accounts managing multiple listings within the same city or neighborhood, being able to search by address (e.g., street name, number, or full address) would make locating properties faster and more efficient.
