  1. Previously we were able to use a format in the property URLs that automatically added the discount code for the user. Now this type of format does not work anymore. We would like to have the ability to send discounted rates to the customers adding the discount codes to the property URLs.

  3. Dates, which are restricted in "Check-in", are displayed as grayed out in the date picker when the guests select "checkin date", similar to the blocks, which is confusing and makes the guests think it's not available. I would like to have it work similar to Airbnb

  4. We use VR Platform for owner accounting and statements, and have some other things for owners that exist outside Hostfully. I want to have all those links in a central place. It would be great if we could add some "quick links" to the owner portal so owners can easily get to those other services.

  7. If guest pays 30% on their 1st payment, I would like only 30% of the payment shown on the reports. Currently, we could only split numbers based on the booked months (using variable {FRACTION_EARNED}) but it would be hard for me to pay the actual taxes.

  12. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.

  13. When updating pricing manually it would be nice to have notes that remind me when school holidays are as well as events and bank holidays etc. Otherwise, I find myself reducing/adjusting pricing that shouldn't be changed.

  16. a guest has gone in to book online the payment has been taken and processed through stripe but the booking has not gone through. Dates are not blocked and neither them nor us have recived any confirmation. This is becoming a bit of a worry as it's 3 guests now. They have all said the browser was open for ages after as they were waiting for confirmation.
