  2. The new multi-unit property feature is great, but room types are currently displayed as standalone listings at Direct Booking Site, which is incorrect. It would be better if all room types were grouped under the hotel listing, allowing customers to select how many rooms of each type they'd like to reserve, similar to Booking.com. This would improve the user experience and make the reservation process more streamlined.

  6. It would be really helpful if we could easily make changes and rerun all reports with one click. This includes downloading reports in PDF or Excel format, emailing them to each owner, and publishing them to the owner portal - all with one click. This streamlined process allows for easy review and scalability. However, while the customization of reports in Hostfully is powerful, it may not be efficient for owner-specific bulk reporting. With a growing number of owners, it may become difficult to provide reports to each one on a monthly basis.

  7. Display availability per channel based on booking lead times.

    For example, On Hostfully, setting a negative Booking Lead Time allows same-day bookings. This means that, as there are no blocks or reservations, the date will appear available.

    Channels like Airbnb, Booking.com, and the direct booking site will also show this date as available since they allow same-day bookings.

    However, Vrbo will display the date as unavailable, as it doesn’t support same-day bookings under such settings.

  9. Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  10. On guidebook portal > the page Property Management Platform Imports
    With the current flow to import from PMP, I will need to
    - Click to the PMP Import page
    - Click on import from PMP button
    - Being redirected to the page adjust the guidebook > Save
    - Then I must click the PMP Imports page again > re-allocate the property name > Click the import from PMP button to import the new one.
    Ex: If I have 40 properties, this flow would need to be repeated 40 times which caused a very unpleasant experience.

  12. The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.

  20. Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.

    My idea is to do one of the following:

    • Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…
