Add Support for Authentication Providers
Please add authentication providers such as Google and Apple and Facebook so we are out of the password business......

It's hard to keep track of many features in the same ticket, so let's user this ticket for the Goggle authentication and feel free to open other tickets for the other improvements you suggested.

This will help customers accounting people that ask for an itemized report, majority of pms like FIDELIO, ROOMMASTER AND ETC. Ability to translate rules and policy in several languages
In the property setting, only the description page is multilingual.
In fees and conditions, the fees, rules and cancellation policy are only in one language. Which makes the overall listing look unprofessional.2 votes -

Increase character limits on departure items in guidebook
For some reason, there is now a character limit on departure checklist items for the guidebook. The character limit is extremely small to allow for elaboration on certain check out for departure related items. Most check out items need further explanation and this is very prohibitive for streamline checkouts. The guest is not able to view further elaboration and can just you a cut off message instead.

Improve Clarity of Vrbo New Listing Discount Eligibility Status
When the checkboxes related to new listing discounts for Vrbo are disabled (i.e., not clickable), this indicates that the eligibility period for the discount has ended. However, this is not immediately obvious to users, as the checkbox label may still suggest the discount is available, causing confusion.

Support Multi-Currency Display in Analytics Revenue
Currently, the Analytics page only displays rental revenue in the property's active currency setting. If a property has bookings in multiple currencies (e.g., EUR and USD), only the revenue matching the current property currency is shown. This causes misleading or incomplete financial data, especially for properties that have recently changed currencies or accept international bookings.
Suggestions
1/ Add a currency filter or multi-currency breakdown on the Analytics page
2/ Include all revenue data regardless of currency, with clear labeling
3/ Option to normalize revenue to a single currency (e.g., convert all to USD based on exchange rate)2 votes -
bring back pricing periods so the system can store the dates
We're aware that we can bulk update pricing in Calendar, however, we want to store the dates for Pricing periods so we can apply the pricing without checking the dates for seasonal rules again

Auto-refund status icons not showing in booking details
The small icon that shows the auto-refund status is not showing in the booking details along with the other status icons (Rental Agreement signed & Guest Details icons). This should be consistent with the pipeline status icons.

The submitted pre-arrival form (via Email and Pipeline Stay details) should be in the correct order (as in the form)
In PreArrival Form Settings: they seem in perfect order on the form. However, the completed form is mumbo-jumbo. The info on the form is in one order while while the resulting completion is out of order in both email and Stay details tab's lead modal. It's difficult to interpret

Add pre-booking message and sync it with Airbnb
We are currently unable to make changes to the "Pre-booking message" field for Airbnb instant bookings in Airbnb. So it's helpful if we can have this field in Hostfully and sync it with Airbnb.

Option to see which team member sent a inbox message

Support Free text in Formatter
At the moment, Hostfully only has Number, Percent and Currency as formatter.
We’d like to have ability to insert a formula within the report feature that:
Enters “RACK” if no promo code was used and the booking was made directly.
Enters “OTA” if the booking came through any of the OTAs (like Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).

More flexibility in defining Pre-Arrival Forms
Currently in Spain we are having to register every guest over a certain age. The pre arrival form is the only way we can capture this without spending a lot of manhours chasing guests for information.
What I propose is that each section of the form has the ability to add extra boxes of information.
We need the name, I.D. type, I.D. number, expiry date, home address and the list goes on for each guest. So when they select the number of guests, you get multiple input boxes. Currently we get basic information for multiple guests and we need more.…2 votes -
Notes in Inbox View
Best thing would be that when we add things to notes like: guest paid early check-in, i need that to show up on the inbox in the sections shown in the picture below for example. That way these notes will impact the conversation and will be seen everytime we speak with the guests instead of having to go into the reservation details and accessing that info.

Allow HTML in Mobile App custom templates
Currently customized template HTML tags are being removed when sent through the mobile app.
Making us edit the template each time we need to send them.
