  3. why would it not include cleaning tax? Can your developers update this so the formula correctly represents tax collected?

    Cleaning Fee Tax seems to be separately calculated per glossary indeed.

  4. Direct booking link for a group of properties

    We need to direct people to make reservations at a specific set of properties, however, the only link that we have from Hostfully gives access to all listings. We would like to create a link to direct to 6 listings only.

  5. Ability to use the info from the Pre-arrival form with Mailchimp

    we collect all guest data with pre arrival forms so want that other guest information to be exported to marketing platform.

    Also would like other segmented information on the guest exported.
    Where they stayed property/city
    When they stayed month/ season /date etc
    Dob
    Reason for staying

    So that marketing campaigns can be tagged to specific segments

    Eg you stayed in Stanthorpe last winter book again this year before things get busy

  6. complex conditions - Templates

    I would like to know if its possible to have templates that I can chose when sending the reservation when they can book at pay Credit card and when I request they pay through wire/zelle as some guests I dont want to have them pay Via CC as some guests dont want to pay the CC fee. How do I set it up

    Be able to add "property is" filter to all triggers so they can be set up better for messaging owners. Right now, there is limited funactionality on the "owner updated block" trigger type

  12. Separate rental agreements per channel

    Reasoning is the cancellation policies are so limited with Airbnb that I really only want to extend the cancellation policy that Airbnb has only to those who discover us through Airbnb. With direct bookings I would prefer what we have listed in our current rentals agreements.

  14. Remove the Hostfully icon from the Property Expectations

    On the property fees and policies tab, under property expectations, it shows the Airbnb and Hostfully icon. However, these expectations do not appear on the Hostfully direct booking website. This is an Airbnb feature only. Can we remove the Hostfully icon here so it is not confusing/misleading?

  15. On property main settings, change the name from Internal Thumbnail to remove "internal"

    It is misleading to have it titled "internal" because it does show up in several guest facing areas.

  17. Do not default the Add Lead to On Hold.

    When adding a new lead, the default is set to On Hold. This is a really item to miss. It would be better to NOT have a default here, and do not allow a lead to be saved until one of the options is selected. This will force people to make sure they are choosing the correct setting for each new lead.

  19. Have ability to set payment settings (%) for specific reservation

    Yes i saw it just desapointed as I need this just for a certain amount of client not all of them. So now I will need to change the system for only one transaction here in there not very fonctional
