  1. Problem: One of the tabs on the owners portal is "Inbox", where owners can send messages to us. When we respond to a message via email – so the owner gets a notification of the new response – the owner has no ability to respond from the email and has to be trained that replys to the email are ignored by hostfully and go nowhere. No error message, no warning, just looks like we're ignoring them.

    My idea is to do one of the following:

    • Add text to the sent email that replys need to be sent via the inbox,…

  9. When manually adding leads into Hostfully, can we choose to the lead source instead of showing everything as Hostfully leads? This can help to easily identify the original booking channel for each guest.

  10. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  11. Currently, the trigger system in the PMS (Project Management System) only allows sending emails to predefined groups such as team members, owners, or clients registered within the system. However, there is no option to send an email to a custom, non-registered email address. This limitation makes it difficult to notify external stakeholders or third-party individuals who are not part of the system.

  12. I don't have the guest tag to use trick number 8 in report to extract guest data for returning guest.

  16. Recently, there's only generated Owner reports having Agency logo along with other agency details (see attachment). It would be nice if those information is showing on other reports.
    These report types don't have the Agency details on the generated ones:
    - Financial reports
    - Logistics and Job reports (in Logistics reports type)
    - Property reports

  19. Be able to create triggers (notifications) around timing of Jobs. For example, be able to send a reminder to a service provider X number of hours before a job.
