  1. We don't get an email notification when booking.com sends us a message about our account. These are generally important messages that we need to be aware of or where we have raised an issue with them and they are responding. Unless we remember to keep logging into BDC and going to the BDC inbox for that specific property, we would never know we had the message.

  2. It ill be great to have a DBS button the same way it works for Airbnb. This is because we're a business who work in business hours. We have instant booking setup in general but after a certain time in the day, it becomes more complicated to accept a last-minute guest. They should be able to submit requests too.

  4. Currently service providers are only available at mobile end. But it will help bein able to create service provider as team members: with customized access / features so that you can choose what they can see and do.

    Currently the associate role would eventually have access to all message threads, and pricing for the reservations, which is not great for a cleaner to see.

  7. It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

  8. Currently, the lead modal only displays the externalBookingId for leads originating from Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com. However, when leads are created via the API, whether through an Agency API key, channel integration, or website integration, and an externalBookingId is provided, this field does not appear in the lead modal.

    Please expose the externalBookingId in the lead modal UI for all leads where this field is present, regardless of the source. This includes leads created via the API.

  9. My suggestion for Hostfully would be to put a clause in your contract with channel partners saying they are not allowed to do offer promotions above and beyond without prior approval (an expectation that they can unless we opt out is not good enough).

  16. I don't want to use Discounts code as I want the discounts to be applied automatically to Rent.

    Setting discounts in Pricing tab will be automatically applied but pushed to Vrbo channel as well and I only want it to apply to DBS, no other channels.

When a shorter reservation is assigned to a unit that later needs to accommodate a longer reservation, the system should automatically reallocate the shorter stay to another available so the longer one can be fulfilled in full and not halfway. This would optimize occupancy and help ensure that longer, potentially higher-value reservations are not blocked. Without this logic, overlapping reservations might lead to cancellations and penalties for hosts. Adding this feature would improve efficiency and prevent unnecessary conflicts.

  20. We’d love to see some features accessible via mobile browsers, since our team often works on the go and the mobile app doesn’t currently offer full functionality.

    We suggest simplifying access to frequently used actions — like Add Transaction, Add Payment, Add Expense, and Owner Adjustments — similar to how Add Lead is currently handled.

    At the moment, some of these (like Owner Adjustments) are a few steps deep. Adding a dedicated button (e.g., next to Add Lead) would significantly improve workflow efficiency.
