  2. We use Hostfully as our content management system for our public web sites. In certain cases where a bed doesn't reside in a real bedroom, but rather in an office or study, or in a living room with a convertible sofa, we feel it is disingenuous to advertise the sleeping option as a bedroom. We'd rather present it as a 1/2 bedroom. See below screenshot of the property referenced here (we have several in that situation), where a sofa bed is available in a non-bedroom.

  4. When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
    => I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.

    => the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.

  7. Having several different people “trying” to help within a short period of time can lead to different and sometimes contradictory information, as has already happened.

    Even though Hostfully has several support agents available who can review the case and assist, it often means having to explain the problem all over again, repeat the entire process for a new person, and sometimes receive replies that have nothing to do with the original issue.

    As a solution, you could reduce the number of different agents handling the same ticket or issue for a single person. Obviously, this might mean waiting longer for…

  10. Currently, when selecting “Owner can view booking details” (without selecting “Owner can view booking value”) for Owner Permission, it is mandatory to also select an Owner Payout formula. Is there a way to allow selecting “Owner can view booking details” without requiring a payout formula?

  13. We would like to request a new feature that allows the calendar widget to be dynamically configured based on the property ID.

    Currently, we are unable to implement this behavior because the necessary ID is not returned in any API response or available anywhere else in the system. As a result, we cannot generate the widget dynamically and must manually retrieve and use the widget for each individual property.

    To enable dynamic usage, we would need one of the following:

    Include the required widget ID in the API responses, or

    Allow the calendar widget to be generated directly using the…

  16. Just like we have automated reviews for Airbnb and VRBO, I would like to have automated review responses that get posted in reply to reviews we receive. I think it would be helpful to have a condition where we set the number of stars a reviews has that qualifies it for a response, for example, I could set a response trigger that only replies to 5-star reviews, since I probably want to manually review and respond to any review that may have something negative in it.

  20. I’d like the ability to generate a direct booking link that automatically includes the dates a prospective guest is interested in. This would allow hosts and property managers to quickly send a ready-to-book link, without having to walk the guest through selecting dates manually.
