  1. the cancellation policy updating in bulk is only available for Airbnb and VRBO on the property main setting. The cancellation policy on fee and policies tab is not available for update in bulk.

    I want to be able to update the cancellation policy for direct booking sites in bulk

  2. Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

  7. Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.

    At the moment, it's not showing in system template so we cannot modify it.

  9. Add a report feature that displays the dates and amounts of each payment Airbnb submits for long-term bookings. This would help property managers track transactions with multiple payments more easily.

  10. I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!

  11. It would be great to be able to "replace" or "update" a single photo right at the photo you want to replace. This way I don't have to drag the new photo after uploading it all the way from the bottom, describe, tag it, and map it all over again.
    I'm always changing things out in a room and needing to re-shoot so my expectations remain as 'what you see, is what you get'

  12. We want a property report in Enhanced reporting to have comparison information among months, days, and quarter. At the moment, we can only run separate reports to compare. We know about Analytics, but we want it to be in Enhanced reporting as well as we can customize the data, columns and can download them as CSV for future reference.

  13. We'd like to export invoices (orders) from the first quarter of 2024 for all the guests that outline everything that they paid. We need the visual of the order not just the information aggregated into a report

  14. It would be great to have the ability to group separate reports into one. Like if I had 3 different Financial reports. One for Airbnb. one for VRBO. and one for BDC to make a report that pulls them all into one.

  17. The ability to see on one screen; day, week, month, individual selected quarters and year comparisons for property or all properties. More options with the reporting overall.

    EX: March 25 v March 24, March 23 etc.
    EX: Q1 24 v Q2 24 or Q125

  18. At the moment, travelstaytion reservations show as the same as direct bookings in the central calendar. I would like to be shown different so we can distinguish them also there.

  19. I've added tags to all of our properties and its great. I can now filter properties using the tags on the calendar etc. But I can't seem to filter using the tags on the analytics page where this would be particularly useful.
