  1. I want to add a column into my financial reporting that includes PAYOUT ID from Stripe and the channels (Booking.com and Airbnb). My owners require the PAYOUT ID that appears on their bank statments so they can easil reconcile their accounts.

  2. Previously we were able to use a format in the property URLs that automatically added the discount code for the user. Now this type of format does not work anymore. We would like to have the ability to send discounted rates to the customers adding the discount codes to the property URLs.

  4. We don't want to have any unpaid reservations from either BDC or Vrbo to block my calendar.

    We have trouble on Booking.com to cancel a booking on Extranet.
    We were forced to call Booking.com to attempt to cancel this cooking. Nothing was done. We have been working on this for awhile now. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE REMOVE the setting that allows a guest to book without proper payment. This makes a high amount of stress on our end and we already wor over 90 hours a week.   7. I want to create multiple bookings for the same guests but for different periods. It would be great if I can duplicate a booking onto different period, so I don't have to re-fill the guest's information everytime.

    Rebook feature only works with past bookings. I can't do it when the guests inquired.

  10. I want to allow booking requests during booking lead time on Hostfully Channel. I have a booking lead time of one week for instant bookings but would like to take booking requests inside that window (like it allows me to do on Airbnb).

    % comparison will be added to the Analytics page (and on Dashboard page for the default current month selection, comparing to previous month there).

    First we'll add a default comparison of current period vs previous period. So you will select this year and we'll show % comparison of this years data against last year. 

    Then we'll offer a comparison option for "same period last year". So you'll select "this month" for instance and we'll show % comparison with same month last year.

  13. When a guest or Property Manager (PM) submits a request to change their reservation, a temporary block will be placed in Hostfully PMP. If the PM or guest does not respond to the request, the temporary block will remain in PMP. I want to be able to submit, manage and withdraw Airbnb trip change requests in Hostfully; or make trip change requests auto expire after 24 hours, for example, so I don't have to withdraw the request from Airbnb to remove the block.

  14. As a property manager, it is really important to have a field that allows me to keep notes related to the specific discounts that were provided. They could vary in duration, could specify why the discount was given, and who it was for, or who authorized it.

  16. Context: Past bookings should not be able to be deleted that have payments towards them. An accidental click of cancel or delete can be very easily clicked on. The entire booking should be able to be retrieved if this occurs.

  19. At the moment, regardless of the logo dimension uploaded in Agency Settings, the logo pulled by variable [$AGENCY_LOGO$] looks small in Inbox. The frame is fixed and can't be resized.

    I want to be able to enlarge the logo. Currently I need to manually copy and paste the logo to each template to be able to resize it.
