  1. The situation occurs when a booking imported from Rental United does not have a source, such as Booking.com, Agoda, etc. This also happens when there are bookings from other offline sources such as travel agency, etc. We can add tags on the lead modal but cannot pull it into Enhanced Reporting.

    There are only two fields which are Guest tags and Tag (hasTag), none of them can pull the tag we add from the lead modal. It would be great if there is a field to support that so we can have more information in the report for further analysis.

  2. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

  3. Hello, is there a "variable" for the next check-in date? I am looking to put this in a message for my inspector/handyman, in stating the checkout of the current stay and including when the next check-in is, in case there is something to be fixed, he knows how much time he has to fix it.

  6. Just wondering if I can add a button to the booking info area that asked them where they found out about us? Google, press, social media etc. I need to know what marketing is working and what isn't - Yes of course. So on the box on the right where you book your stay and it asks for your info. Could I add a line that asks where they found us?

    The drop down has Google? word of mouth? press article? Instagram?

  12. We have customers that send inquiries and then don't come back to book. I'd like to send an automated email to follow up with them. This email should go out to customers that sent an inquiry but did not book. It should go out 3 days after their inquiry was made. So, if a customer made an inquiry and was sent a quote but 3 days later he still did not book, the email should be sent to that customer automatically (unless the lead was closed).

  17. We have a booking page, generated by HF, on our website, currently the flow is
    - Guest enter the date > click on "see all properties"
    - Then the properties that match with the search date will be able to shown.
    - Guest can pick a suitable option from here to book with you.

    Is there a way to skip' the display of the first page and have visitors land directly on the second one without having to click the 'see all properties' button first?

  18. I would like to be able to customize the confirmation page after guests completed the pre-arrival forms or completed the payments.
