"View" button for Owner Adjustment
In the Owner Adjustment page, it would be more convenient to have "View" button so we can see the expense with note and attachment without going to "Edit".

Override the availability of booked dates to show them available
A guest booked, left early and vacated the house for 2 weeks. The reservation was confirmed and paid. As a PM, I want to open the rest of the dates (2 weeks) without having to cancel or modify the booking.

Improve Charge Automation integration
Charge Automation has a good product that fills in some gaps Hostfully has. While there is already an integration, the booking flow for direct bookings becomes very clunky if using Charge Automation with Hostfully. This video shows how that could be significantly improved.

Change hold error message from
When I extend the hold on the pipeline if the date range is occupied with another hold, the system shows the error pop-up window that says internal server error
=> would be better for the pop-up window to say "There is already an active open hold for this listing"1 vote -
Have a cleaning fee option under VRBO
I recently looked at the details of a guest's fees who booked through VRBO. Instead of stating "cleaning fee" it said admin fee. I went to change it on Hostfully and realized there is not a drop-down box for cleaning. Can Hostfully add it as I know VRBO does allow cleaning fees.

Have ability to move outstanding balance of previous month this currentmonth
In the owner report, the owner due (Net) = [Due owner] - [owner adjustment]. When a value is negative, I would like to have the option to move the negative "Owner due (Net)" (Outstanding owner amount) to next month's report.

Have a more transparent information about Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights
It might be confusing between Minimum nights and weekend minimum nights in property settings. I just think people will think that the minimum stay requirement would override a minimum weekend requirement.
It would be great to show a more detail in the tooltip to inform users that weekend minimum nights will override minimum nights field.

Stripe webhooks for cases when guests close browsers too early and payment failed to be recorded
a guest has gone in to book online the payment has been taken and processed through stripe but the booking has not gone through. Dates are not blocked and neither them nor us have recived any confirmation. This is becoming a bit of a worry as it's 3 guests now. They have all said the browser was open for ages after as they were waiting for confirmation.

Navigation
To reduce the number of clicks, and back/forth navigation, it would be optimal to have a left navigation pane on the PMP so that the user doesn't have to click on the drop-down menu each time we want to go into another category. Idea from: str@nopaliproperties.com

Ability to adjust the rent breakdown for Airbnb pre-approved leads
At the moment, for special offers that came from a pre-approval lead, the management fees and pet fee was included directly to rent total.
Now, when pulling the report, we couldn't pull the breakdown of Management fee and pet fee for this booking. I'm thinking of the Fees/order adjustments but I can't come up with an idea to make the rent total to be reflecting the correct amount.

Have ability to create blocks applied on specific channel
I want to block off dates on some channels didn't know if I could choose specific channels.
For instance, NYE is a big night for us, I would love to only allow direct bookings to book vs all channels...especially the ones where we have to pay such commissions on.2 votes
