Be able to choose what days of the week are considered a weekend for using the Weekend Adjustment Rate.
Other countries consider "weekends" to be more than just Friday and Saturday.

Edit Calendar Settings
It would be nice to be able to edit calendar settings (ie: no check in allowed, nightly minimums, etc) in the central calendar. Currently, you have to go into the property level and edit that information on pricing. But it's really cumbersome when you have to do it that way when you're trying to make adjustments on multiple properties frequently. We do this during big holiday seasons as we fill up, we have to block check ins/outs on certain days to help stack the calendar for our turnover crews.

Remove & archive blocks rather than delete them, add change-log feature to blocks
Currently when blocks are deleted, there is no record that they ever existed.
This presents an issue if a block is removed erroneously, there is no way to recover the block, or see when the block was removed or by whom.
Further, for active blocks, it is not possible to see who created a block, when the block was created, or if a block has been changed.
What I'd like to see is:
1) Blocks display what user created them and when.
2) Blocks include a log of changes, that include the date of the change, what the change was,…2 votesThanks for your feedback - we can certainly address the labelling of blocks with creator name and creation time in a first phase.

Owner block should come over as a reservation, not a block.
An owners block should come over as a reservation instead of a block. You can even have custom messaging to confirm their stay or confirm cancelation of an owners block etc. This would make things more automated.

Complex trigger for certain # of hrs after confirmed booking.
It would be great for there to be a complex trigger option after booking confirmation. If we could choose to have a message sent a certain number of hours after book, this would allows us to send a personal message prior to the automated messages starting. I know there are other work arounds but simply having the trigger option would make this simpler

Add Airbnb Post Booking Details to PMP
As a PM, I would need to update Post Booking Details for guest to have the updated information after making a reservation, but it is not available in PMP now. And I do not want the information displayed in the public section where people can view it freely.

Color code the owner calendar like you do the the regular manager calendar
The owner portal does not color code the calendar to show which booking platform was used. Please make the owner calendar color coded as well so our owners can see which platforms the bookings are coming in from.

The ability in addition to discount codes to offer BOGOF type deals - Ie during X week of December by 3 night vacation and get 1 night free. So on and so forth.

Discount code - Have Validity Range Include Start and End Dates
As a VRM I would like the discount code dates ranges to be inclusive of the start and end dates so that it is very clear to me what the valid dates are.
Right now, the valid date range doesn't include the Start and End dates.

Make message threads with owner searchable in Inbox
As a VRM I would like to search for threads between the agency and the owner so that I can respond to the thread.
Right now, I can’t find the Inbox thread with my owners in PMP, even though the thread is visible from the owner portal.

Adjust workflow so that HelloSign contract is sent when we put emails manually for Airbnb reservations
As a PM I would like the HelloSign contract to be sent automatically when I manually enter the guest email address to the reservation.
When a new booking comes in we don’t always have the guest's email. In this case, the PM can manually add the guest's email. On update, then Hostfully should send the HelloSign contract.
We don’t always have the guest's email address because of the change in how Airbnb handles email. The PMP needs to update the HelloSign process so that we can manually enter the email address of the lead and that will trigger the HelloSign…

Improve the confirmation mechanism for Booking.com reservations
As a PM, I would like to have Booking.com reservations that failed during a database update / outage on PMP to be imported to the system. As of now, it just failed, which resulted in no lead created, and resulted in doubled booking. I have to contact Hostfully support so that they manually import these failed bookings.

A change log history for every booking which shows which agent:
- accepted the booking
- communicated when
- changed booking details
- adjusted dates
- changed price
- cancelled a bookingBasically a history log for all bookings.

Leads to automatically expire and close after a certain amount of time
Please add option where you can set a time for leads to automatically close. This way quotes/leads are not left active forever. We do a lot of direct quotes/leads and it is not always possible to go and manually close each lead/quote and it's time consuming. Thank you.

Support More Airbnb Property Type
As a PM, I would like to have more property-type options in Airbnb to choose from. At the moment, PMP is missing these: barn, campsite, casaparticular, cycladichouse, dammuso, farmstay, guestsuite, heritagehotel, kezhan, minsu, pension, ryokan, shepherdshut, trullo, windmill.

Ability to set up custom minimum stays depending on booking dates
I want to set up a minimum day stay over time.
For example:
- 70days before stay > minimum 3 nights.
- 50 days before stay > minimum 2 nights.
- 30 days before stay > minimum 1 night.The closer the booking time is, the lower the minimum stay guests can get.
I'm thinking of this approach made me realise they are delaying potential 1 night stays to far in advance. to maximise the pricing of those dates. (just in case demand picks up closer to date due to any particular activity)

Allow Custom Data fields to be used in email subject lines
Even though you can use custom data fields in the email body, it appears that you cannot use them i the subject line. This seems like an oversight.
