Custom Data - Variables
Currently if I create a Custom Variable, the Custom Data field won't hold its formatting and will send over as a large lumped together message with no enters or spaces. I would like to add Custom Variables with multiple lines such as Check Out Instructions or House Rules etc so I don't have to create multiple Templates for each property.

There is no delete function available now. Owners main page needs more functions from that page. Like listing all Owner names from there!

Bulk edit pricing periods
I want to have bulk edit feature for different pricing periods. Now I need to click on each pricing period from Properties > Pricing tab to edit them . I want to be able to apply the changes made to one pricing period to selected/ all pricing periods.

Show Arrival/departure time (Stay details) in the lead information in inbox page
Since the Inbox is the place I spend most of my time, it would be very helpful if the reservation details in this panel were accurate.
It currently shows the standard checkin time of the property, which might not be accurate. I'd like to see the arrival/departure time in Stay details tab in the Inbox page.

Improve "minimum price rule" logic
When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.
We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.

Sort the Property and Owner list in Report / Filter in Alphabetical order
It's really helpful if the items in the Report / Filter can be sorted in Alphabetical order. Imagine we have a lot of Owners and properies and it takes time to find them in that list while Ctrl+F / Cmd+F seems to not be working on this.

The deposit percentage and balance due date on the Payment Request Page should correspond with for Guest Reservation Extension Data
Incorrect deposit percentage and balance due date on payment link when it's extended checkout date
Step to reproduce
- Booking is fully paid
- Extend checkout date
- Send payment link again
- Check the payment information on the Payment link and ensure that the deposit percentage is set to 50%, as indicated on the Property Settings page. This should reflect the actual deposit amount, after any changes have been made. Additionally, please note that the Due Date should still correspond to the original booking date.
