We should have the ability to Schedule. Hopefully should also work with payment systems to negotiate a refund on the transaction fees.

Sort jobs in the Service Provider Portal so that soonest job is at the top of the screen
Allow jobs in the Cleaners Portal to be sorted so that the soonest job appears at the top of the screen. Our cleaners have many jobs and its a pain for them to have to scroll to the bottom of the each each time. Thanks

Allow capital letter in the middle of a guest's name
At the moment, the system only allows capital letter if it's the first letter of the guest's name, I want to capitalize the letter in the middle of the names (for example: McKeown).

Add an "are you sure" tab when you toggle off an integration
To have an "are you sure" tab before an integration can be turned off. It should not be so easy as to click it when scrolling through the integrations on my phone.

Fix whimstay for quickbooks
Whimstay reservations are sent to quickbooks as if they are direct bookings, going into the agency clearing account. However, Whimstay is actually the merchant of record, and holds on to the funds until the guest arrives (like airbnb). These transactions should be reported to Quickbooks as going into a Whimstay Clearing account.

Sort the Owner list in Report / Filter in Alphabetical order
It's really helpful if the Owner list in Report / Filter can be sorted in Alphabetical order. Imagine we have a lot of Owners and it takes time to find them in that list while Ctrl+F / Cmd+F seems to not be working on this.

Generate the Order URL by a system variable in a report
Currently, there're variables for LUID, Property UID & Agency UID but Order UID or Order URL.
Sometimes Property manages need to take a quick look on the lead order while doing reports, so it would be helpful for them if the Order URL could be generated in reports1 vote -
Enhanced reports Scheduling function should have an option to go beyond 'This Year'
Given that many property management companies book beyond the current year, reoccurring scheduled reports need to have the function to report beyond the current year. At the moment, this is the furthest out you can select when scheduling a report.

Option to include inquiry text in inquiry template notification
It would be convenient to receive the inquiry notification and see in the template the actual inquiry received instead of just being notified there's a new inquiry and having to check the inbox.

Expose and Improve "Place on hold" email template to add booking dates
It would be helpful if the email that we get when a property has been put on hold by a guest would include the dates concerned, not just the property name. Now it looks like this:

Different security deposits for different platforms or ability to change deposit after booking
Ability to control security deposit by platform would be helpful for platforms like Booking.com which sets a maximum for the deposit.
In our case, we usually charge $500 security deposit for direct bookings, VRBO, etc, but booking.com limits it to $300, which is communicated to guests at the time of the reservation. So guests are expecting to pay a $300 deposit whereas their reservation within Hostfully has a $500 deposit due and there is not a way to change it.12 votes
