  1. We love the new Calendar.

    We find it difficult to know if all reservations are paid up. We would love to see:

    1. One the stacked calendar to display something to show if the booking is not paid in full.
    2. When hovering mouse over a reservation can the flyout show the Balance Outstanding and or the Paid amount.
    3. It would be great to have a report to filter reservations that have a non-zero balance outstanding. We spoke to the Help Desk folks and they say they cant have a condition on a derived field.

  2. As a PM, I would like to be able to modify archived reservations and charge guests after they check out. Currently this is only available for direct bookings.

  5. when Service Providers accept and mark the job complete, the system sends me a notification email.

  6. We do a lot of quotes from direct bookings. It would be great to set a trigger that activates after a quote is sent. This way we can use it to automatically send a follow-up message to a quote.

    Additionally if a lead is closed (or automatic lead close time option is added!) it would be great to send a final message by a trigger that is based on a closed lead!

  10. Please give us the ability to change the font of the messages templates. I copied and pasted my messages I had stored previously, which are not matching the writing style of the variables such as guest name, and it looks sloppy IMO. Or give us the option to match the variable styles or reset to default maybe?

  15. When the guest chooses a date range not match the minimum stay. I want that if the text which potential clients see when there is no availability (for example bc of a minimum stay requirement) can be manipulated. We want to be able to change that text so guests may change their dates or minimum nights.

  16. It would certainly be a handy feature if you could re-add scheduled emails. For example for us, I believe a reason one of the team may have deleted them previously is we were mid-transition into using Hostfully and we didn't want messages going out twice. I'm sure it would useful as well as circumstances can change in which information a guest needs and so it would be helpful to be able to re-add auto messages/emails.

  17. Because we are a hotel with multiple cleaners, we are unable to utilize the turnover function you created. Instead, we have made our cleaners associates so they can view the calendar. I noticed in my dashboard (as manager) I can see a summary of notifications which show which properties have a check out and check in for the day. This is unfortunately not visible to agents... but we would really like for it to be. This would allow our cleaners and maintenance personnel to see exactly what rooms are turning over that day so they can get to work without…

  18. The Arrival Form should be actively linked to the data warehouse so guests can make changes up to the time of check-in. Guests are not always sure of all information until closer to the stay and locking this form out after information is added once is VERY limiting. Other PMS platforms offer this exact capability as a basic feature.

  20. Currently, the Guest Database/ Guest Information page is not particularly useful, but some small improvements could make it an extremely valuable asset.

    One of those changes would be to automatically add information entered in the pre arrival forms to the guests info page, and/or linking the completed pre arrival forms to the page.

    This would allow us to better monitor our guests, and anticipate their needs.
