  1. If putting in a Price Rule (like a weekly discounts) it would be nice to be able to limit this discount to specific months or date ranges. Or have the Promo Codes apply to Airbnb, vrbo, etc. and not just to the Hostfully direct bookings.

  4. When I send a payment link to a guest, the page currently includes links that navigate to the Hostfully Direct Booking Site. I'm using CraftedStays for my website, so I don't want guests to be redirected to the Hostfully Direct Booking Site from the payment page.

  7. Currently, we can only set pricing rules (bottom of the property's Pricing page) to Direct Bookings, Airbnb, Vrbo and HVMI. It would be convenient to do things here:
    1. Select the channels to apply the rules to.
    2. Select all the channels that Hostfully integrates with.

  9. The ability to set different email templates to be triggered depending on what season has been booked. For example, we operate in winter and summer and our offering, property and guests are quite different, so being able to customise the booking emails per season is essential.

    right now I have to have a knowledge that icon shows up there when signed, if not signed there is no quick way to know

    maybe if the icon is red and when you hover you would get info 'rental agreement not signed

  11. Currently, with the new version of the direct booking site, the price calculation of minPriceOverYear on the Hostfully Direct Booking site is now (the lowest night price + tax rate % + non-optional fees + non-optional taxes).

    But I would like to not show the non-optional fees on that minimum price, so it would be great if we could customize the min price of the booking widget to define the amount to display.

  12. Support multiple rate plans for Booking.com connection.

    We would like to set up a 60day cancellation policy for booking.com meaning that we can refund up to 60 days in advance ? It would be great to offer this along with a non refundable option if possible on booking.com.

    We also want to send the pricing rules at the bottom of the pricing tab to Booking.com

    For property managers using Stripe payment schedules, it would be helpful to have the option to authorize a guest’s scheduled balance due payment without immediately capturing the funds.

    Today, when the balance due date arrives, Hostfully automatically charges and captures the payment. If a guest later realizes they wanted to use a different card, needs additional time, or was unaware the payment was about to process, property managers must refund and recharge the payment, often resulting in additional processing fees and guest frustration.

    When I filter properties by availability for a specific date in the calendar, I can email the available property list, but the list does not include the information I need to actually use it operationally, such as the property address or internal property name.

    This makes it difficult to plan inspections, maintenance visits, or team routes because I have to manually look up the properties after generating the list.

  19. Introduce a centralized system that allows property managers to flag and block problematic guests across all properties within an agency. Currently, guest issues are tracked at the individual property level, allowing repeat offenders to book other listings within the same portfolio.
