  1. It would be very helpful to support basic text formatting options in descriptions, for example bold text or simple rich text controls. This would significantly improve readability and guest experience on the Direct Booking Site, while giving PMs more control over how their content is presented.

  2. Currently, when a property is updated, the webhook event UPDATEDPROPERTY is triggered, but the payload only contains the propertyUid and the eventtype. This makes it difficult for integrators to know what changed and which endpoint should be called next.

    I would like the payload to include more granular details about the type of update, for example:

    • Pricing update

    • Photo update

    • Amenities update

    • General property details update

    • Pricing rule update, etc.

    This would allow API users to call only the relevant endpoints instead of fetching all related resources. It improves efficiency, reduces API calls, and provides clarity for event-driven…

  3. Currently, cancellation policy notes must be added in shared fields like descriptions or rental conditions. It would be very helpful to have a dedicated field where users can add explanatory cancellation policy text for specific channels only, especially Vrbo, without affecting content shown on Airbnb, direct booking site, or other channels.

  4. We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
    At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.

    The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

  6. Currently, when a booking agent previews or selects custom templates, they can see all templates across the account, including templates belonging to properties they are not assigned to.

    This creates visibility and organizational issues, especially for teams managing multiple properties with different communication workflows. I want to have the ability to associate custom templates with specific properties. When a booking agent previews templates, they should only be able to see templates linked to properties they are assigned to.

  11. I would love to be able to choose for how long I extend an individual reservation hold. Instead of the flat agency setting (currently set to 24hrs), it would be good to have a a few custom buttons to extend for 1hr, 12 hrs, 24 hrs (and ability to customise each preset)

  14. Currently, taxes added to a property are displayed as fees during the Direct Booking Site checkout flow.

    Taxes should appear under a dedicated “Taxes” section/label instead of being grouped together with fees. This would provide clearer pricing transparency for guests and help differentiate mandatory government taxes from property-specific fees.

  15. PM would like to request the ability to remove or hide the green “Avg / night” price bubble that appears on the website map/listing view.

    Currently, this element is system-generated and there is no option in settings to disable it. In some cases, it affects the visual presentation of the listings and we would like more flexibility to control whether this pricing badge is shown or hidden.

  18. Right now, the only option to send our guest's receipts is to create a template with the [$ORDER_STATEMENT$] variable but it doesn't populate crucial information like dates, guest's name, property name, transaction number, etc.

    Would be nice to see an improvement here.

  19. Currently, when the checkbox is checked in the Pre-arrival form builder, the label changes to “Required,” and when it is unchecked, it changes to “Optional,” which makes it seem like checking the box keeps the field optional. Improving the clarity of this interaction would reduce confusion.
