  1. Enhance Zapier Integration to Automate Guest Review Triggers for Good Reviews

    Requesting an enhancement to Hostfully's Zapier integration to automate the process of triggering review requests via Airbnb review. Specifically, they want to automatically trigger a "Zap" when a guest leaves a 5-star review on Airbnb. Currently, they have to manually extract 5-star reviews from Hostfully reservations and upload the data to Nice Jobs (additional tool used by customer), which is time-consuming.

    Key Issues:
    Hostfully does not have a trigger for Airbnb reviews, particularly 5-star reviews.
    Existing "notes" triggers in Hostfully's Zapier integration are unclear regarding which note fields are actionable.

  6. Collect phone number with country code from Booking Widget

    It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.

    Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

  7. Ability to set different cleaning fees based on length of stay

    Allow the cleaning fee to vary depending on the length of stay. For instance if a guest has a long stay of two months the cleaning fee should be double a typical 5 night stay.

  8. Have ability to apply the rule Increase rate by X % when stay is smaller than Y nights to Airbnb

    I want to have the rules "Increase rate by X % when stay is smaller than Y nights" to Airbnb. It only works with direct booking site at the moment.

  9. Conditional formula based on length of stay

    I would like a column that displays CHF 90 when the booking is less than 21 days long, and CHF 180 when the booking lasts more than 21 days. Is that possible?

  11. See custom fields from pre-arrival form on the mobile app

    It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!

  16. Automatically price updating to every upcoming month

    The system MUST automatically update prices with the standard rate for every month that opens in the future. Since we have the ability to have open windows of 12 or more months this is not easy to have it on our minds especially when you are managing too many properties or is high season...this involves the risk to receive reservations in humiliatingly low price.

  19. Support Decimals for Service Providers Cost

    Currently, it's not accurate. I need to be able to add the exact cost of cleaning for accuracy. My cleans cost 48.52 each and I can only add either £48 or £49

    PM would like for the line items to be displayed as follows, with one line for taxes instead of cleaning fee taxes appearing separately:

    Rent
    Cleaning Fee
    Admin Fee (etc.)
