Allow the unverified guest can send the booking request
When I set
- Booking setup: instants book
- Guest requirement: well reviewed guests with verified identity for channel Airbnb=> only well review guest with verified identity can be able to book instantly with me.
Based on that, I can send the message, probaly via trigger to these guest to request their ID to be able to book.

Collect phone number with country code from Booking Widget
It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.
Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

Populate [$TRANSACTION_AMOUNT$] &[$TRANSACTION_ID$] when templates are sent from Inbox
At the moment, [$TRANSACTIONAMOUNT$] and [$TRANSACTIONID$] only work in the system template "Transaction paid in full" automatically sent by the system. If I resend this template from Inbox or use these variables in custom templates, they won't populate.

Include System Templates in Scheduled Messages
It would be helpful to include the System Templates in the Scheduled Messages page so those can be deleted by guest as needed.
There may be situations where we do not want system templates to go out to a specific guest, so that functionality would be useful.2 votes -

We have customers from all over Europe. When they book many forget to type in country code. That's not practical. Thats why choosing country code when booking should be mandatory. Thank you for a great service.

When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template.
When sending a custom template from the inbox, show the subject line of the custom template. Currently, when you send a custom template from the inbox, the received email subject line says, "You have a new message from (Agency Name)". It would be useful to maintain the actual subject line of the custom template.

Allow for VRBO payments or show VRBO in the payment link for second payment
A guest booked through VRBO and want to pay through VRBO but I cannot send them a link through VRBO because it says everything is now through our property management. They do not trust the link because it says hostfully instead of vrbo.
It would be good to have the option to process the second payment thorugh VRBO like how the guest sees it for the first one.2 votesWe will soon provide support for Vrbo Payments.

Ability to edit / delete a service from Lead modal
When a guest submits an inquiry/request, they select the add-ons from the payment flow and those appear in the Lead modal as a Service, which is not editable. However, sometimes we need to adjust that amount or remove it, but we're not able to do that.
I understand we can use "Add line item" with a negative amount to adjust it, but it's not a good route. So if we're about to modify the Service from the Lead modal, it would be much more helpful.

Automatically update min-stay rule for orphan nights
If I have minimum 2 days bookings on my properties I'll likely to have som orphan days to. If my property is booked from monday to wednessday and then again from thursday to saturday and then again from sunday to tuesday. I'll have orphan days from wednesday to thursday and then again from saturday to sunday.

Have AND/OR functionality when searching tags in the calendar
If I have
- tag A for property 1
- tag B for property 2
=> When searching on calendar filter for tag A and B on the dropdown list.
=> Property 1, 2 should be presented on the result.Right now, only properties that have both tags will show. It currently uses AND functionality.

Have the ability to send a notification that check-in instructions was not sent.
It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Bad Review Feature (Postpone Review Until End of Airbnb Review Period)
This feature would be an option to toggle a reservation where you are anticipating a bad review, therefore delaying your automated guest review from being posted to Airbnb until the final second of the 14-Day Guest Review Period.
That way when it posts, it is hidden deeper in your listing's reviews if you had other guests stay & review within that 14-day period. Pipeline sort/filter enhancements
Make the Status dropdown into a multi-select, so that I could show just all On Hold and Booked items, for example.
Add "Booking Date", "Status", and "Property" to the list in the Sort by drop down.
