  1. the cancellation policy updating in bulk is only available for Airbnb and VRBO on the property main setting. The cancellation policy on fee and policies tab is not available for update in bulk.

    I want to be able to update the cancellation policy for direct booking sites in bulk

  2. Allow a direct booking extension when guests book from sites such as Booking.com/Airbnb.
    We currently have to create a new booking if a guest would like to extend their stay which then creates a request for ID/deposit etc and then they will get various messages which aren't necessary. We need the ability to extend an existing booking directly

  4. Enso states that the Vrbo inquiry must have an email attached. Enso is prepared for the fake email (as they don't have real ones unless booked) However, the current email reads a bunch of numbers, but doesn't have the @vrbo.com. The @ and the .com is what triggers Enso to be able to message the guest back through the platform

  5. When messages are edited in Airbnb only the original version shows in Hostfully. Syncing full edit history is a big ask, but showing the current version should be relatively easy from a product perspective, as long as the data is available from the Airbnb API

    We will fix this. Now, please note that, while most modern devices and SMS apps will display line breaks as intended, older devices or certain carrier systems may ignore line breaks and display the message as a single block of text.

  9. I would like to provide feedback on the Financial Reports section in Reports. When utilizing the Enhanced Reports, it is necessary to run it for an overview. However, I believe that with the Financial Report tab, you can simply choose a date range to view a list of reservations, including the booking breakdowns. This is a more convenient option.

    If there is a feature to select the date type of booked date and stay date, it would greatly improve the usefulness of this section.

  13. Allow to modify the notification sent by Email setting => Forward all emails form inbox to Agency Email.

  17. I would find it very helpful if the software had a spellchecking facility, whereby a word / grammer would be underlined showing the user there was a possible error. I have often rushed and responded quickly to messages to guests and realised after sending there was a small spelling error / mis-typed word. This can look unprofessional. There is probably one here!!!

  18. It would be great to be able to "replace" or "update" a single photo right at the photo you want to replace. This way I don't have to drag the new photo after uploading it all the way from the bottom, describe, tag it, and map it all over again.
    I'm always changing things out in a room and needing to re-shoot so my expectations remain as 'what you see, is what you get'
