There is a new feature on Airbnb, "Extended Cancellation Policy." It's not possible in Hostfully. However, when we set it up in Airbnb, it has been overridden by Hostfully's setup.

We have many returning guests or extending stays. Every time we have to fill all the guest data again manually.
At the previous PMS systems we were use to just choose from the client database and it filled in all data that we had already inserted when the guest came 1st time.The system offered the list of most current guests with the starting letters that we had inserted or choice to search in guest database

Ability to retry checking the guest with the Invalid Email Flag on the Guest's Screen and Protect.
Currently, Screen and Protect cannot re-verify guests with invalid email addresses, even after the booking information has been corrected.
It would be beneficial to have the option to retry verifying guests flagged with an invalid email on the Guest's Screen and Protect.

Property-Based Access Restriction for Custom Templates
Currently, when a booking agent previews or selects custom templates, they can see all templates across the account, including templates belonging to properties they are not assigned to.
This creates visibility and organizational issues, especially for teams managing multiple properties with different communication workflows. I want to have the ability to associate custom templates with specific properties. When a booking agent previews templates, they should only be able to see templates linked to properties they are assigned to.

Create a trigger to send an automated message if the rental agreement is NOT signed a certain amount of time before a guest stays
we are required to have our guests sign a good Neighbor contract by the city. We included in our rental agreement and we will not send check-in instructions unless the rental agreement is signed. It would be nice to have a trigger to send an automated message to the guest to remind them to sign it if it has not been signed within a certain amount of days before their stay.

API availability endpoint applies property-level booking rules such as changeover days.
We want people to be able to search for availability and go through to book without needing to recreate functionality that already exists in your system. What we need to do is call the other property endpoints and store that info on our system (short lived), then when we want to populate the calendar for what is/isn't available we need to get all availability and then cross reference that list against the rules and remove dates that can't actually be booked.
That is a lot more work than just querying /api/v3.3/properties/UID/availability and displaying that to the user, and is also…
