  2. Model the direct booking checkout to be more like Airbnb. Allow pets to be entered on the first screen instead of after the fact as an upsell. Add a note under "book now" that indicates the guest won't be charged yet. Add a separate inquiry button so if the guest has a question they can be sure they are submitting it and will get a response. Currently with instant booking turned on, the host gets a notification every time someone clicks book now (but doesn't complete the reservation), but the guest is not aware of that and not expecting any…

  3. In the new lead modal, you cannot see per-night rent amount like the old modal which is hard for us to compare with the daily pricing. It would be helpful if there is a dropdown list of per-night rent.

  4. The drag and re-order is too tedious, especially when you just got all new photos for your listing and need to delete all these old ones and reorder 50 new ones.

    I think that there should be a toggle between the current view and a thumbnail view that puts the photos in a grid (maybe 4-5 across and then they are in rows going down) without the photo comments in this thumbnail view. That way we can reorder the photos quickly and see better what overall the order looks like to guests, and then when we are ready to add…

  8. Currently, the property photo section displays images vertically, one below the other. While functional, this layout can make it difficult to view the overall sequence or organisation of photos.

    We propose implementing a gallery-style view, where 4-5 photos are displayed per row. This change would allow users to better visualise the sequence of images, organise them more efficiently, and easily select multiple photos for deletion or editing in bulk.

    This enhancement would streamline the photo management process and improve the overall user experience.

  9. Right now if you want to re-order or add a house rule that's not at the bottom of the list, you need to delete and re add the rules. This is very tedious. A simple drag and drop sorting feature like there is currently for photos would be very helpful.

  12. As standard we take the security deposit/ balance from guests at 60 days before arrival. However, on booking.com their terms are different and the deposits aren't taken until 14 days before arrival.

    We would like a way to stop their balance showing as outstanding and 'red ring' on our pipeline until their payment is actually due

  13. At the moment, Hostfully only supports LOS discount for Vrbo while on Vrbo it has Seasonal or Early booking discounts as well. It's not possible to apply those discounts on Vrbo as the calendar is blocked due to integration with HF

  14. With the integration with HelloSign, we would love to see the option to have a lease send automatically to the guest upon their reservation (if a direct booking/desired). From a template lease for that property, we would love for HelloSign to be able to pull in the necessary information from Hostfully (check-in/out date/times, address, guest name(s), etc.). I am NOT referring to Hostfully's rental agreement - as that is not legally binding, as a lease signed on HelloSign is. (This is targeted for 30+day stays, the mid-term rentals).
