  1. There are some repeat guests where we already have their ID and/or their proof of residency documents.

    For returning guests or guests who have already sent us the information (eg via email or WhatsAPP prior to a direct booking), we don't want to automatically ask them to send the information again on the pre-arrival form.

  2. I would like to propose a feature enhancement for Hostfully PMS that includes an automated response reminder system. This feature would work similarly to the notification systems found in platforms like Airbnb Inbox or Gmail.

    The system should automatically send a reminder or nudge to the user when there is a lead or message that has not been responded to within a specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours).

    Customizable Timeframes:
    Users should be able to customize the reminder timeframe to suit their needs (e.g., 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours).

  6. At the moment, when we select the "Damage policy options" on Booking.com Extranet, upon next sync, the system was changed and it couldn't have BDC collect SD via PBB.

    I want the option "I want to set up a damage programme that Booking.com will facilitate for me" on "Damage policy options" sticks.

  13. As a PM with Master-Sub setup, when I want to sync Master unit directly to Booking.com room level (instead of hotel level and no room), I don't need to
    - Break current Master - Sub setup on Hostfully
    - Sync Master (now standalone) to Booking.com room
    - Set up Master - Sub again on Hostfully.

    Able to sync Master unit directly to Booking.cm room would be helpful to avoid disconnection.

  14. We discovered that a Booking.com reservation does not appear in Hostfully, so the calendar is not blocked accordingly and CS has to manually import it into the system. This occurred due to an intermittent issue with the Booking.com sync job, likely caused by the performance issue we had.

    It would be more helpful and minimize the risk of double bookings if the system automatically retries importing Booking.com reservations when there is an issue with the Booking.com sync job.

  19. Allow the unverified guest can send the booking request
    When I set
    - Booking setup: instants book
    - Guest requirement: well reviewed guests with verified identity for channel Airbnb

    => only well review guest with verified identity can be able to book instantly with me.

    Based on that, I can send the message, probaly via trigger to these guest to request their ID to be able to book.
