  3. Regarding inbox system, if the guest already distributed to the our agent or staff, when we read that guest message, the notification on our agent or staff disappear? Isn't that should be still on our agent or staff access so they can still check their new messages?

  5. A host goes to the pipeline to make sure everything is done for the guest but the envelope only shows up when the check-in instructions are sent manually through the Pipeline. There should be an option to identify a trigger as the check-in instructions and for the envelope to show up when it is sent.

  7. It would be nice to be able to collect the data that goes into the Booking Widget tab, especially the cell phone number is important as this is the number that we'll be able to reach the guest.

    Regarding the phone number, it's really important to choose a country code. As you now allow PM to collect which country the customer comes from, we can't contact the customer if they forget to type in the country code.

  15. At the moment, we can only see the total rent on the mobile app.

    It would be really helpful for us as hosts or property managers to see the rate multiplier on the mobile app because we often check and adjust rates on the go. Being able to quickly reference the multiplier - just like on the desktop version - would make it easier to ensure our pricing strategy stays consistent without needing to switch devices. :)

    Currently, to remove a LEID from our account in Hostfully, property managers must contact Support. This process can be time-consuming and requires manual intervention, which can delay operations and lead to inefficiencies.

    Requested Feature:

    I propose that Hostfully implements a feature that allows users to directly remove LEIDs from their accounts within the platform. This functionality would empower users to manage their LEIDs independently, without the need to go through Support.

To include revenue for the days and balance of city ledger (guest who already checked out and have outstanding balance), guest ledger ( the guest who are still in house and have any outstanding balance) or advance deposit account.

  20. It would be great to be able to see the info on the app. If I'm on-site at our property without my computer then I have no way to view that info, so it would be nice to be able to!
