  1. Have the ability to set at least one of the description fields by channel. For example, if I want to put something in my description to show on Vrbo and my Direct Booking site, but NOT on Airbnb, it would be great to have the ability to show/hide specific content to specific channels.

  2. I would like to be able to remove the check-in restriction created by Turn Over Days setting in Main Settings for a specific date. When I go to Pricing tab and untick the check-in restriction, it can't be removed.

  4. The channel rate multiplier only applies to the nightly rate and not the extra guest fee.

    This may create some inconvenience for us and our property listings on AirBnB, VRBO, and Booking.com. We would be more than happy if this feature is taken into account.

    Would you please provide more information about this request? We do not find information about this capability in Airbnb, and would need to better understand the charging scheme you would like to apply to cleaning fees depending on the length of stay. Thanks.

  9. Add a trigger "same day checkin" for complex condition.

    I had a guest schedule a booking on the same day as their checkin, however, it was after the time period set for my checkin instructions to be sent to them. I had to manually send my instructions to the guests since my checkin instruction email is sent 24 hours prior to their arrival.

  10. A change log history for which shows which agent:
    - accepted the booking
    - communicated when
    - changed booking details
    - adjusted dates
    - changed price
    - cancelled a booking
    - changed property data
    - deactivated properties, channels, integrations

    Basically a history log for all bookings.
    Especially important when working with multiple agents handling the same booking.

Adding photos in the check-in instruction section under properties, will not only improve the guest experience, it will also be time saving for the property manager, as he or she will have to answer less questions from the guest. Photos are also universal, so in many cases guest that don't understand English or the languages Hostfully support, can still access the property effortless. I know other PMS does have it.

    Furthermore it is easier to show the guest where to park their car or.

  17. When adding a lead, on the 3rd tab "Stay Details", the default Check-in time is 12:00 AM and the default Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    It is a bit confusing. It's not a natural feeling to save something that looks wrong compared to our settings. So it would be better to have that Arrival and Departure time be default to the checkin / checkout time from Property Settings.

    1. Click Add lead
    2. Select Checkin, Checkout Date and Property
    3. Arrival and Departure time in Stay details tab are changed automatically to the settings of that property.

  20. It would be helpful to send the homeowners we represent updated or new contracts, through our management software and have them saved in their owner profiles. This allows us to quickly see where we stand with them, if contracts need to be updated or edited in anyway, without having to use yet another outside service. Its so easy to lose track of all of these separate accounts we need for our business to run smoothly.
    t's also helpful that once a new contract has been sent out, it automatically appears in our PMS once it's signed so we know that…
