  1. When activated, the minimum price rule does not seem to generate the desired prices.

    We have a 2-night minimum across the portfolio, but choose to activate the "minimum price rule" so that website users can choose a 1-night stay if they are willing to pay the 2-night rate. However, the price shown for a 1-night stay always seems to be higher (sometimes significantly higher) than the price for the same stay extended to 2-nights. Something is off.

  4. We're using the discount code option of the direct booking site with all of our direct bookings. We have several discount codes out in the marketplace that we give to our partners for their members to use to book a stay at our properties. We would like to be able to track each Guest's booking back to the partner organization they came from, which we can not do currently. We could easily accomplish this if the "Discount Code" entered during check out was included with each Guests Booking Profile and available as a variable data report for us to drop…

  7. Incorrect deposit percentage and balance due date on payment link when it's extended checkout date

    Step to reproduce

    • Booking is fully paid
    • Extend checkout date
    • Send payment link again
    • Check the payment information on the Payment link and ensure that the deposit percentage is set to 50%, as indicated on the Property Settings page. This should reflect the actual deposit amount, after any changes have been made. Additionally, please note that the Due Date should still correspond to the original booking date.

  9. I have payment settings, 10% collected at the time of bookings, and the remaining 90% to be collected 90 days before arrival.

    I would like to state the amount of 10% the guest paid in the template (for example: if the total booking is $100, guest paid $10 at the booking, I want to show $10) after the booking is confirmed.

  10. On web browsers, It's difficult for us to keep up with new messages since we don't get notified when we receive them. It would be helpful if we could get a sound or push notification even to aware about the message.

  11. Guests receive an automated message in a specific language, but the variable "check-in instructions" from the property page can not be created in multiple languages. Many guests receive a german message, but the access instruction in that message are in english, this is a very bad guest experience.

  20. How do I read these direct booking reviews? I click on them and nothing opens up. Is the only way to read them is to click on "edit"? You want me to read them in that little edit box. That is not a good software design. That edit box is tiny. This wasn't thought out very well. Please create a request for a feature.
