  2. We would like to have Property Bulk edit on the Pricing page where Nightly price, minimum stay and Check-in/out Restrictions work separately. It means that you could choose to bulk edit some of them or all of them instead of default bulk edit for 3 of them.

  4. We currently use the generalized setting where any booking for two days gets 20% off and any booking for 3 days or more gets 30% off. Is there anty way we can get hostfully to create a setting for us to discount the multinight stays during weekdays only and avoid giving adiscount for Friday, and Saturdays?

    This setting is a multinight discount, for any day. We do not want a multinight discount for anyday, we would like a multinight discount for certain days such as Mon, Tues, wed, ad Thursday

  5. Our guests are confused by the request for "government ID." We would prefer for it to be specific and say "Driver's License or Passport.". We would love to edit such field on UI.

  7. Support more amenity mapping for Marriott AC

    Currently, AC in Hostfully is mapped to AIR_CONDITION, which is translated into "Air Conditioning Central" on Marriott. (which all of their properties feature centralized air conditioning)

    However, this may not be correct for all PMs, as they can also have other type of AC, like window or standalone AC, of mapping type AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

    In order to support this, Hostfully should have another mapping type to Marriott AIRCONDITIONWINDOW.

  10. It would be really helpful to be receive a notification that the check-in instructions were not sent to a guest. This may be a little tricky because sometimes the check-in instructions includes extra conditions like, the pre-arrival form is completed, the rental agreement is signed, etc. So if a guest does not do those things, the message will never be scheduled, and hence, this is not a case of a failed trigger because the trigger is preventing the message from going out. Rather, it would be great to have a condition, somehow, that can be set so that the guest…

  14. with the new direct booking site, your design uses almost the entire page for a map, and it frankly just does not look good, and in our opinion is not a good use of space.

  15. When using the turnover management on the website, the only way I know if a cleaner is unavailable to pick up a clean sent to them is if the clean completely disappears from the calendar. There should be a notification sent to the agency letting them know the clean was declined. There should also be a separate tab that includes Services and Service providers with a list of upcoming services, past services, declined services and accepted services with the service providers' name.   18. The current digital document signing integration (DropboxSign) has a lot to be desired. We need a way to send requests via SMS, not just email. We all know Airbnb doesn't work with emails. This all needs to be automated. No copying Guest form email over to client email. That's not automation.

    Added to this, allow people to add others who need to sign. Often contracts need each adult to sign a liability waiver. But digital contracts only have 1 person sign them. So we need them to be able to control that so it's not on the host to figure…

  19. I have auto responses set for bookings, booking inquiries, and requests to book so that my response rates stays at 100%. However, my triggers happen automatically. I would prefer they take place 30 minutes-1 hour after the question so that I have the opportunity to address the concern.

  20. For example: IF the guest is not reachable by phone or if they missed the channel messages, we can ask the guest to submit their passport copies via whatsapp

    And we have a follow up message to ask if everything is fine after they check in so maybe guest can share some photos or videos if they have any problems
