Add property and owner as conditionals for reports
When creating a report, I would like to be able to create a conditional similar to isChannel(airbnb) to check the property and/or owner. There are situations where we want to adjust an amount for a specific property that are not covered by any of the existing conditionals.

Direct Integration with NUKI Smartlock

Secondary Email Should Receive Guest Communication
The customer suggested that the secondary email in a lead form should also receive the same communications as the primary.
I've also had suggestions that emails from the Pre-arrival form should also receive the same emails as a primary guest.

Add message when the discount is not input yet
For now it will show expired if the discount code is not input or not fully input. It would be nice if there is a message to show them the reason

Turnover rule for not allowing same-day check-ins
Turnover rule for not allowing same-day check-ins/ checkouts because I don't want a check-out and check-in on the same day.
Additionally, guests often request a late checkout and an early check in. Having the separation allows me to grant the request and still give my cleaners enough time to service the house.

Details (owner/property/date range) of a generated report should be shown in Description section instead of the general report name

Integration with Seam.co
Seam.co released a thermostat API to integrate brands like Ecobee, Nest, Honeywell...etc. They also integrate with other PMSs using their API to sync reservations with smart locks. A Hostfully - Seam.co integration would allow wifi-enabled thermostats to set temperatures based on guest check-in and check-out times, thus saving a lot in utility costs.
