Multi currency for listings
VRBO only lists at USD/CAD. Our main listing currencies are in MYR. Pricelabs dont' support multi currency and even if it does, it still makes much more sense to publish prices to Hostfully before distributing to the OTAs.
Could Hostfully do something about multicurrency support? A simple way would be a fixed ratio (exchange rate) between a parent & child listing. We have normal listing as the parent and vrbo listing as a child. Then whatever the rates Pricelabs send to the parent, apply to the child after the exchange rate. Rebook period to start on the checkout date of existing reservation
Most of the time when we need to rebook guests, the actual thing we do is to extend the current guests' stay. It would be smoother if the start date of the new rebooked reservation starts at the checkout date of the original reservation instead of "today".
I guess there might be people who use the rebook feature to actually rebook a guest. However, I guess it's not common to rebook on the same day (I assume).

Auto populate guests information
I would recommend Hostfully to immediately search and show a drop down of existing guests after we start typing the guests' first or last name, to match with existing records. Usually when we need to create manual bookings, chances are they are returning guests. And after clicking the name we chose, auto populate the remaining fields such as email, address, phone number, etc.

Be able to add Tags from review tab to export info in reports, not only from the guest page
Would be great to see the tags in the view on reviews here, if you want to tell dev team for feature requests.
if you have automated rating of guests set up, and guest is unhappy, we can add the tag so that we see in the review screen and cancel the auatomed rating and request for them to review us. The goals is we don't offer unhappy guests more reminders to review US and hopeully not get a negative review.

Enable Short Stay Premium for channels beyond Hostfullyth Hostfully channel.
It would be very helpful if the Short Stay Premium feature could work with other channels. This would allow for a more consistent pricing strategy across platforms and better control over short-stay profitability.

Be able to have a different property name by channel
It would be useful to be able to have a different listing name by channel. Currently, we cannot change the property name in the channel, as the public name (Airbnb and Booking.com) or short description (Vrbo) will override.

Allow Reservation Alterations Even If There Are Past Blocks
Enable the system to accept a reservation alteration when there are blocks during the stay as long as those blocks fall on past dates. Currently, if a past block exists anywhere within the reservation window, the system prevents the alteration — even if the alteration only involves adding new future dates that are not blocked.
When a guest wants to extend their stay, the only factor that should matter is whether the new dates are available. Past blocks should not prevent updates, as they no longer impact availability or operational planning.

It would be convenient to be able to apply the new listing discount for Airbnb in Hostfully, the way we can do it for Vrbo. This functionality is available in other PMSs and it just makes it simple to activate it in Hostfully.

Currently, Hostfully allows collecting guests’ mailing addresses in the Client Information section, but this data cannot be exported in any report. It would be very useful to include mailing addresses as an exportable field for reporting and analysis purposes.

Half bedroom option
We use Hostfully as our content management system for our public web sites. In certain cases where a bed doesn't reside in a real bedroom, but rather in an office or study, or in a living room with a convertible sofa, we feel it is disingenuous to advertise the sleeping option as a bedroom. We'd rather present it as a 1/2 bedroom. See below screenshot of the property referenced here (we have several in that situation), where a sofa bed is available in a non-bedroom.

Analytics for Message Response Time
We’d love to see a feature that provides insight into message response times within Hostfully. Specifically, we’re aiming to respond to 100% of guest messages within 5 minutes, and it would be incredibly helpful to track and measure this performance over time.
Ideal functionality would include:

Automatically reject the unsupported photo format when uploading to HFL photos.
When I uploaded the photos in the unsupported format (HEICs), the system didn't reject it but still allow to upload the photos but it can not be pushed to channels.
=> I have to remove the photos and re-upload again.=> the system should really reject the images if they are not able to push to the platforms so it would help us to avoid the double work in such cases.
