  4. I would love the option to archive photos without permanently deleting them, with the ability to unarchive them and make them live again. This feature would retain the captions and be especially helpful for managing seasonal photos.

  6. A message was missed due to someone read or marked the thread as read, which resulted in a late response to guest.

    when someone click on the Inbox, it could be auto load the 1st unread thread, hence the thread is marked as read, when you move to another guest thread.
    Right now, it's not possible to see who read the inbox.

    Updating the status back to "under review" as we had some changes on our roadmap and have two projects to be done before we can jump to SSO with Google.

  8. Currently, users can generate owner reports for either: A single month, or
    a custom date range spanning multiple months

    However, when generating a report for a multi-month period (for example, December–February), the data is aggregated into one combined report. There is no way to view or export the same report with a clear separation of data by month within that period. I'd like to have an option to split owner reports by month when generating a report for a multi-month period.

  9. There is no option to prompt guests to sign the rental agreement directly from the pipeline. Yesterday, I had a guest who hadn’t received check-in details because they hadn’t signed the rental agreement. Since there’s no drop-down option in the pipeline to send them the rental agreement, I had to handle this manually.

  11. We have Booking.com group booking where guests can book both master and sub units and it exceed our max guest ability. It should not allow guests to book both master and sub units at the same time when it comes to group booking

  12. The Hostfully analytics dashboard currently provides strong metrics such as:

    Rental revenue

    Nights booked

    Average Daily Rate (ADR)

    Occupancy rate

    RevPAR

    However, there is no visibility into discounts applied across bookings. This makes it difficult to measure the financial impact of promotions, manual discounts, or promo codes.

    Problem

    At the moment, there is no reporting that shows:

    Total discounts applied

    Promo code usage value

    Revenue lost to discounts

    Gross potential revenue vs discounted revenue

    Without this data, it is difficult to evaluate whether discounts are driving incremental bookings or simply reducing revenue unnecessarily.

  13. I’d like to request the ability within our PMS to set an age restriction for our properties—for example, to only accept guests who are 21 years of age or older—and automatically prevent bookings from anyone under 21.

    Could this feature be developed to work across all connected channels (not just Vrbo), so that age restrictions are enforced automatically at booking?

  14. The calendar on the direct booking site doesn't allow you to select dates, view pricing or click on dates to make a booking and just seems to be for display only.

    This functionality (like the calendar widget), would greatly improve user journey.

  17. When communicating through Hostfully and it is a VRBO guest communication- I can't send a link to another vrbo property via hostfully. I have to go through the VRBO messenger.

  18. I got this error "Internal server error" when adding an owner. It turns out the email has already been added as an owner, or was previously used in another role (guest, service provider, etc.). I would like a more user-friendly error such as "The email has been taken" or something so that I know how to fix it without the need to ask support.

  19. It would be helpful to have the option to add custom notes or comments to jobs that are automatically created by the system. Currently, there is no way to include job-specific instructions or context when the job is generated automatically. This feature would improve clarity and communication for teams handling auto-created jobs.

  20. t would be very useful if Hostfully reports could be managed by region or business branch. For example, one team member could manage reports for properties in Mexico, while another manages reports for properties in the USA.

    Ideally, the reports would appear as coming from two separate business entities, so that “HeusHaven USA” and “HeusHaven MX” can each have their own set of company reports. This would allow teams responsible for different regions to manage and access their reporting independently, while keeping reporting organized and accurate for each branch.
