  2. It would be highly beneficial to introduce a feature allowing users to create custom channels in Hostfully, beyond the standard ones like Airbnb or Booking.com. For example, users could add channels like "Reception Desk," "Travel Agency Partnerships," or "Corporate Bookings" to track more specific booking sources. Additionally, implementing color-coding options for these channels would allow for easy visual differentiation and streamlined data analysis at the end of the season. This added flexibility would make managing and analyzing bookings much more intuitive, especially for businesses with diverse booking sources.

  4. It would be useful to push the bathroom data from Hostfully to booking.com so it does not have be set up for each property in booking.com. This has to be done 99% of the time.

  6. Often, the formatting of messages when sent to Airbnb and Vrbo goes awry. Especially for Airbnb, it seems to add a bunch of line spaces between paragraphs and makes the messages look pretty bad. Is there a way to not have the extra spaces and strange formatting happen when messages are sent to the app inboxes?

  8. Some Hostfully users manage multiple Hostfully accounts. It would be helpful for them to be able to use the mobile device for the different accounts they manage. Would it be possible to switch users/logins on the mobile app for easier access and notifications for the multiple account users?

  12. At the time of payment, the client is binding himself by the terms and conditions of the rental agency, not the platform on which the transaction happens (Hostfully). The T&Cs of the agency should be readily available via a link to be visited should the clients want to check. If necessary, Hostfully may also want to display their privacy rules about handling personal and financial data, but this should be presented separately.

  13. the purpose of whitelabeling is to hide the underlying system, whitelabeling is not whitelabeled if it’s got a hostfully URL in the messaging.

    I keep wondering why our guests and hosts keep mentioning hostfully and there are just lots of gaps in whitelabeling.

    whitelabeling should completely mask the hostfully brand everywhere unless it can’t because of some security thing (potentially a stripe handoff).

    So your guests are not clicking on zenstaysf.com they’re clicking on hostfully.com —not whitelabeled and breaks the branding.

  15. Proposed Improvement for the Hostfully Dashboard:

    Currently, the dashboard displays: "New | Check-Ins | Check-Outs." However, there is no option to view currently hosted guests.

    To enhance functionality, we propose adding an "In House" category, resulting in: "New | Check-Ins | In House | Check-Outs."

    This addition would provide a comprehensive view of all guests, including those currently staying in the properties, making operations smoother and more efficient.

  19. When we send text messages to potential clients with links to our listings, the Hostfully logo appears instead of our company’s logo.

    It would be really helpful if we could update this so that the agency logo logo appears in these communications.

    This would enhance branding and make presentations to clients more professional.
