Allow to resend quote for lead in status 'quote_sent'
It should allow Property Manager to send quote again from Pipeline even though lead status has been changed to 'quote_sent' as sometime, guest negotiates for a better deal and we need to send quote again to the guest.

Turnover Day Booking Warning
Add a warning message when booking over a turnover day (e.g., "Heads up, you’re about to book over a turnover day. Are you sure you want to continue?").

Right now its not possible to customize the BDC Room name for child listings, just use the Pre-set provided by Booking.com.

Extra guest fee for limited nights of the reservation
If there are 4 people renting a property for 3 nights but additional guests are only staying for one of those nights, it would be ideal to have the option to add extra guests just for that specific night — instead of applying the extra guest fee to the entire stay or having to manually adjust fees, which can lead to incorrect lodging tax and sales tax calculations.

Alteration requests should have a visible block in the calendar
It will be super helpfull to place a visible block or a hold on the calendar every time theres an alteration requets sent. It will give hosts more confidence. Similar to placing a hold From the host end.

Enable Post-Booking URL Redirect for Tracking Conversions from Ads
We’re trying to have visibility into booking metrics from a Google Search campaign.
We use Squarespace as the marketing site and Hostfully as the booking site.We need to be able to redirect all traffic after purchase to a Thank You page on Squarespace.
So the feature we’re requesting is a bulk URL redirect.
So the user journey would be:

Automatically calculate the additional amount when changing the stay date of Booking.com reservation from Hostfully. At the moment, we have to manually calculate the new price when changing the checkout date for extend.

HTML attribute for all datepicker inputs in DBS mobile browser version
In Direct Booking Site, for mobile browsers please add the html attribute type="date" to all datepicker inputs.
This would greatly help our mobile visitors who make up the majority of our traffic.
I realise clicking on the input opens a date picker popup, but on mobile devices a lack of type="x" opens the users qwerty keyboard by default, and the date picker is not overly optimised for smaller screens.
If you added type="date" our users would be given the iOS/Android date picker instead which would be a much better UI/UX for them.

Feature to auto-block dates of check-outs when maximum housekeeping limit is reached
We would love a feature to auto-block calendar days when maximum limit of personnel is reached. For example, we have part time employees for housekeeping , and the maximum each person can do in a day is 5 apartments. We would love a feature where we can set up how many employees are working each day (for example 3 employees = max 15 apartments) and when that limit is reached, the rest of the apartaments' calendar will be blocked for that day. Keep responses to emails in the same thread.
When communicating with a guest, it would be helpful if the guest sees the relevant communication in one thread, instead of each response opening a new email thread.

Display rate multiplier in order details
Rate multiplier amount should appear in Lead modal to avoid confusion. I have cases where total rent is less than Rent amount because of rate multiplier of -25%
