Make service provider calendar visibility optional
Some property managers would like the ability to restrict what service providers can see in the calendar. Currently, when a service provider has calendar visibility, they can see broader booking and occupancy information for the property. In many cases, this is not necessary for their role.
From a security perspective, exposing full calendar availability can create risk, as it may reveal when a property is unoccupied. Service providers only need to see the jobs assigned to them, not the full occupancy schedule.

Agency-Level Troublesome Guest Blocking
Introduce a centralized system that allows property managers to flag and block problematic guests across all properties within an agency. Currently, guest issues are tracked at the individual property level, allowing repeat offenders to book other listings within the same portfolio.
This feature would enable agencies to mark guests as “Do Not Host” or “High Risk,” add internal notes, and automatically block or flag future booking attempts across all properties. It should also include alerts for flagged guests and team-based permissions for managing guest status.

I believe Hostfully should implement a toggle for owner payouts. Default is payout on beginning of stay. WE need it to be after stay ends!!!
Currently Hostfully has owner payout default reports set to when booking is booked. I believe it should be due changed or at least have a toggle switch to enable payouts to be calculated at check out date. Currently I have a booking on the last day of the month and lasts 10 days. Hostfully has me paying my owner on "Check in Date" and not at "Check out Date" I believe this should be changed.

Airbnb / Default Language Issue - Auto Inquiry Responses
If a template is configured in multiple languages and a trigger is associated with it (intended to send a quick reply on Airbnb and VRBO whenever there is a booking request or an inquiry) the message is currently sent only in English.
The purpose of these quick replies is to maintain a high response rate on Airbnb. However, even though Hostfully allows configuration in multiple languages, the guest will always receive the message in English, regardless of the language they used to contact us.
This behavior does not make sense, as Hostfully should be able to identify the guest’s language…

Is there a way for the pipeline to show when a deposit payment has been made to secure the booking. E.g. if you booked a client in (not on hold) but they hadn't paid yet.

Seasonal Triggers
n Florida’s Gulf Coast, sea turtle nesting season runs from May through October. During these months, I’d like to automatically share turtle safety guidelines with guests by enabling a seasonal message trigger for reservations that fall within this timeframe.
I think there are other templates that would benefit from seasonal triggers

Image upload crop tool should default to full image selection
Previously, when uploading images, the crop tool would automatically select the full image, allowing users to simply click “continue.” Now, the tool defaults to a square crop, forcing users to manually adjust or cancel and re-upload.
This adds unnecessary friction, especially for users who consistently want to keep the original image format.
Request: Set the default crop selection to the full image (as before), or provide an option to keep original dimensions without manual adjustment.

Allow agencies using the white label to add their own custom chat widget alongside Hostfully’s existing support widget.
This will Provide the ability to embed a third-party/custom chat widget within the white label app interface. Ideally:

seasonal cancelation
Airbnb just announced seasonal cancellation is available with their platform. I need a flexible cancellation policy during low season and a strict cancellation policy for my peak seasons. If a guest cancels a peak season booking, I am forced to discount to fill the space. This results in a lower revenue booking or gaps in my calendar during peak seasons.
During slower seasons, I am ok with flexible cancellation policies to help fill my calendar.

Seasonal discounts
Support on seasonal discount for high and low season. It would be helpful if we can select date range for discounts to apply it on different season.
For example, pricelabs which I am using now and they want my prices up over $320 a night high season and $154 in low season... we book in Costa Rica 6 months in advance for trips... people book ahead. so right now my monthly rate is showing $9000 when my competition is $6000... but if I put a discount of 30 percent on that now... anything I have in low season is going…

Local Taxes - Kids rates different to Adults rates
Regarding local taxes - We can currently set local tax rates for Adults but not for Kids. In Hostfully, taxes can be set to apply per guest or per guest per night, but there isn’t a way to set a different tax rate for children vs adults.
The booking flow asks for adults, kids, and infants because it needs to capture the full guest count for the reservation. Therefore the info is in the system.
This is not reflected in local tax rates and needs to be. Can this be adjusted? So we can add a different tax amount for…

Ability to add more sub reports to owner report
Owner report can only have 2 sub reports, one is Booking/Financial/Revenue report and one is owner adjustments. When you run the report and choose the date range, both sub reports will run data of bookings within this time frame. Any data outside the date range can't be generated.
However, we want to add more sub reports (e.g Year to Date financial report) there to generate the information OUTSIDE of the date range selected.
Im summary, we want to select multiple date ranges for each sub report and show all those sub ones in 1 owner report only.
