  1. It would be great to offer extended stay discounts that are seasonal so we may use them for the low season. We have interest from guest originating in cold climates to come stay at our property in Florida during the winter months. Currently hostfully allows extended stay discounts but I can not apply that to certain times of year - currently only appears to be on an annual basis. I just had a guest book our property using the extended stay discount during peak season which resulted in a 13,000.00 discount.

  2. the client feels the holidays periods are where they can make the most money. they want to restrict guests from booking and then changing there minds. However they want to be flexible during the other periods so therefore want a cancelation to be strict during holiday busy times and flexible during all other timers.

  5. I set up services by service providers to upsell them on the direct booking flow. I want to have some indicators on Calendar to see which bookings have upsold items (a pet, etc)

  6. Example -

    If a guest has an infant in there reservation, target that communication to talk about a crib and pack and play

    IF a guest books during a certain period of time, such as April 2 through April 13th, THEN that guest is sent a template letting them know there will be certain activities not available to them during their stay

  10. Given the property has 2 descriptions and it's currently synced only English, that causes its invisibility in Dutch / French search ranking.

    I'd suggest to sync multi language to Google. That'd help with better search position.

  11. As a PM, I want the confirmation email of service purchases (both via Guidebook Marketplace & direct booking flow) to have more information such as the property's name so that I will easily know where they are booked if guests used a different credit card/name.

  13. Add a status marker indicating that you or your team have sent the payment request reminder to avoid multiple emails sent to guests. Similar to the marker that is added after Check in Instructions have been sent or the Pre-Arrival Form completed.

  16. Lodgify feature - When collecting payments (before checkout), do we have policy and quote workflow? Where when she selects "returning guest" and she collects less upfront and allow them to pay over a period of time before staying, such as 20%, 30%, 50% etc

  17. In the system/custom templates, there's the option to add another language. However, when I want to manually send the templates to Guests in Inbox, it defaults to English. There should be the option to choose the language version in the Inbox.

  18. Support Airbnb booking creation date instead of the date they were imported into Hostfully.

    The imported reservations from Airbnb are showing the lead creation date as the day these reservations were added to Hostfully, not the actual booked-on date. This skews the reports.
