  2. In addition to the "when" and "who" is accessing the guidebook (currently provided), I'd like to see what areas of the guidebook they're accessing and how frequently, so I can see where I may need to improve it for future guests.

  4. There's a lot of empty space in the inbox' sidebar. Having notes displayed in this section could be quite useful to keep track of ongoing work for an specific reservation and coordinating efforts in our team.

  5. There is no return within the Leadsql CLOSED / CANCELLED leads.
    This means we can't work fully with the Lead
    sql to our back-end connection.
    All other statuses are present but these are not. This means more API calls and with the limitation within the amount of API calls per hour this will be a problem.

  6. A category for hostfully guidebooks' marketplace needs to be added.

    Marketplace payment transactions would best be integrated individually with selected stripe accounts (rather than defaulting to the two scenarios below ) , because upsell services may be related to service providers or simply not associated with the property's financial accounting.

    Also reporting should include a feature for marketplace transactions.

    Does anyone have any best practices and tips on how to best price and collect payments for upsell services in the marketplace? How to track and reconcile these purchases across all booking platforms and multiple stripe accounts?

  7. It's not supported yet to show the daily total for rent, fees, and taxes if there is no booking associated.
    It'd be great if we can view the total of rent, taxes, fees by running a report.

  10. In Pipeline, I can click on "See All Customers." Except I can't "see all customers." I then have to do a search or run a report. Instead of this, can you let me actually "See All Customers"? Thanks for your consideration and for all you do for us hosts.

  11. We users give the Hostfully team feedback that helps you improve your platform. This helps you further crush your competition and ultimately make more $$$. As a user, I'd be more inclined to provide feedback if I benefitted monetarily in some way, like a couple months' fees waived. Thanks for all you do for us hosts and for your consideration.

  12. As a PM, I would like to have Booking.com reservations that failed during a database update / outage on PMP to be imported to the system. As of now, it just failed, which resulted in no lead created, and resulted in doubled booking. I have to contact Hostfully support so that they manually import these failed bookings.

  13. We use Zapier integration to pull all booking data. Everything comes through perfectly, however, "Order Order Fees" which pull all other fees are being listed all together and being pulled with text. That is to say, you cannot pull the data with ONLY the fees and also cannot have them broken out by fee. This is a bug challenge when dealing with dozens of properties and bookings. I have to parse that data manually.

    What would be ideal is is every fee is its own variable that can be pulled from the system.

  14. Currently, the only required information the guest needs to input when instantly booking via Hostfully is their name, email and dates. We need to collect mobile phone numbers, whether or not they're bringing a pet and would like to require a message from them about their stay.
    For instant booking on Airbnb, you can require the guest to answer your customized questions at booking. It would remove so much back and forth for me if I could customize what we capture from the guest at the time of booking.

  16. Currently if a new channel is added, you have to delete a fee/tax and add it again as new to include the new chanel.

    We should be able to edit this information as we do with any other content.

    In addition, it would be nice to be able to apply globally fees/tax settings for new channels as they arise.

    As it is now, every new channel we have to delete and read a tax and fee on EVERY listing.

  18. Have a way to preview your property during the set up process without having to go "live" first. This would enable the manager to preview the look and feel for the end user and catch any mistakes, as well as offer the homeowner a chance to see the property before it goes "live" as well (in the case where a property is managed by a company or another person)

  19. I run a photo studio rental space business with 4 unique studios that require the entire management portfolio of Hostfully. The only caveat is that I need bookings by the hour rather than the day.

    Our system is currently using a hodge podge of applications to create our user experience. It would be wonderful to use a singular platform for communicating and hosting our studio renters. I wonder how simple a customer calendar solution could be for this? My requirements are the following:

    1. Replace the check-in/check-out day with a check in by the hour, check out by the hour.

  20. TLDR; Automatically import user information entered via a secure guidebook link into the corresponding PMP lead.

    When booking through OTAs, emails are usually not included in the lead information that gets stored on Hostfully. Emails are collected, however, when guests sign into the guidebook via a secure link. That secure link is tied to a particular booking. It would be useful, and would make some sense, to be able to assign the information entered into the secure link login into the lead in the PMP.
